The washer and dryer perform excellently. Quiet operation and sounds musical chimes when tasks are completed. Beautiful color choice. Great Value, too! Only drawback, after the installers left the premises, we were disappointed in discovering scratches on the top of the Dryer(not blaming the installers). Contacted customer service. The reps were courteous and offered a fair settlement for the cosmetic defects. Kudos to Best Buy customer service for making things right.

Very quiet, huge load handling, I filled it with bath towels for its first load and it worked great!

My experience purchasing my new Samsung washer and dryer was extremely pleasant. Eric was so helpful and patient and found us just the right product for our needs and space. He even gave us his private cell phone number to contact him at any time with any questions. He took so much stress away. As far as actual washer and dryer, they are working just fine for now. It’s only been about a month so it’s hard to tell. I have not used all the features yet. I do love the wireless connection and ease of use. Over all I would definitely recommend this product.

Purchase to replace appliances lost during Hurricane Ida. Knew I need large capacity with 3 kids and two adults. Very large in size.

So far so good! The only thing I don’t love is the container for detergent is in an awkward position toward the back of the machine.

Loved this washer until 3 days ago. Power button works but every single other button pressed just beeps and does not function. Eventually I get an AC6 Error code. Communication error within the washer. Spent an hour on the phone with Samsung service and they set me up with a repair service date. Two weeks away from now! Apparently I am not the one one with this issue and it seemed to be due to a firmware update that bricked the system. WOW! I tried all the fixes on the internet and none of that worked for me. Word is they have to come out and potentially replace some boards. Those boards are supposed to be on backorder. Another WOW from me! Did I mention this is washer is only 3 months old! I would have given the washer 5 stars until this happened. It is very import that Samsung corrects the issue quickly. I would stay away from Samsung products until this is resolved.
