I like the soft shut on the door and the size of the bin. It perfectly fits my sheets and towels. I am concerned with the sound it makes while rinsing though. If it persists I will have to call maintenance.

I had a throw blanket and super lightweight bed blanket in machine. Once done, I had to run them separately through spin cycle. My 25 year old Kenmore just gave out and that machine was a workhorse. For light loads, the Samsung works fine.

Has good Wi-Fi apps to tell you when your load is done or change settings. I chose top loading washer because of constant cleaning of front loading seals and leaving door open to air out. Less maintenance is better. So far it a very good washer

Also, don't order this from Best Buy, their delivery crew was aggressive and sexist when delivering, we had an issue and needed a replacement dryer. After assuring the same crew would not be at our home, they came again and this time left trash in our garage. Terrible experience.
