It alerts you when it is finished through a chime, you can get an app on your phone that will also alert you when it is finished and you can also see how many minutes are left on it, and it will tell you when you need to do a self-clean cycle. The black color looks expensive.

I like the soft shut on the door and the size of the bin. It perfectly fits my sheets and towels. I am concerned with the sound it makes while rinsing though. If it persists I will have to call maintenance.

Surprisingly quiet. Only issue is if you're short like my wife around 5'3' or less, its tough to reach deep into the tub, no issues for me I'm 6'1".

Has good Wi-Fi apps to tell you when your load is done or change settings. I chose top loading washer because of constant cleaning of front loading seals and leaving door open to air out. Less maintenance is better. So far it a very good washer

It often becomes unbalanced (UB error), keeps cycling from spin cycle back to rinse. Have to manually move the load around to get it to try to finish the cycle. Has been repaired but still had issues, now Samsung is returning it so we can get a different washer. Maybe we had a bad unit, but this washer has been a major headache.
