    Stopped working after 6 months. Samsung sent a replacement board that didn’t work. Repair facility claims to have ordered another board but that hasn’t arrived and we haven’t had a functioning washer in more than 2 months. Samsung refuses to help, repair facility can’t help. Past the point of return and Best Buy won’t help unless it’s out of manufacturer warranty.

    Just got the washer. Wrong one. Called the store and was told they can take it away but I would be without a washer for a week, since they won't put the old one back. Left enough water to soak up a extra large bath towel I bet there is standing water under the washer. Then just left, after I asked about the water. Literally ignored me. Store didn't do anything. If this is what your Total Tech is, I'm scared for my dryer and TV installs.

    Best Buy deliveries and online ordering is bad

    I didn't have the washer a full week before getting a 4c error and then had to wait a whole week to get a replacement. I'm have been unhappy with all of my Best Buy orders

    Great washer....until it broke 3 months after we bought it. Part to fix it costs over $400. Make sure you get the total tech or warrantee if you buy this!!

    Worked great for about 6 months then kept having issues with different things. It cost more to fix than to just buy a new washer! No more Samsung for me.

    Poor Customer Service

    They never showed for the delivery, nor did the call to say they would not be there. When I called to find out why, they said they had not designated a warehouse for the product to come from and it would be at least another week before they could reschedule the washer and dryer, But the charged me a haul away fee that they didn't do and I am still trying to get taken off my bill.

    Uses to much power i have a new 200 amp home service and have a set-up outlet for laundry room and the washer keeps setting the fuse off

    Horrible washer still not delivered

    I havent received the washer yet it was suppose to have been delivered but best buy hires 3rd party contractors to delivery so they showed up in a semi truck. Which is illegal to drive on our street they could not deliver. IVE BEEN ON THE PHONE WITH BEST BUY SINCE 7:40 AM IT is 1:34 PM and the only they can tell me is there sorry to wait to reschedule until tomorrow

    Gave so much trouble in installing the product. Brought the damaged product and kept in garage. After 1month brought the new one but hasn’t installed it. After 15 days came and installed it. Poor service

    The washing machine wash only with hot water ,even when the program is for cycles with cold water. I try get ahold of Best buy costumers services no one amswer the phone. I try to figured out if the installation was done properly or not.

    it is Dec 4th, the day after I was suppose to have my new washer delivered. I am still waiting for my washer. I have not received a call or e-mail. What the heck is going on. I have spent thousands of dollars at Best Buy on computers, tvs, a dryer and other various items. This is not right!

    Great product, love this new Samsung Top Loader washer. I was pleasantly surprised as to how easy and simple the wash selections are. The price was very reasonable and definitely working superbly so far. I'm planning to buy the dryer in the near future can't wait to get that as a matching set. We originally purchased this as a quick emergency replacement. I'm glad I did go with this choice.

    Worst washer ever leaves lint on everything Only 50% load full Called samsung and had tech come out they told me fill it less than 50% and ignored the lint problem will never buy samsung anything again.

    Overal seemed to be a good washer then it tanked and will not allow to select or wash. NEVER WILL I EVER BUY A SAMSUNG WASHER MACHINE OR DRYER POSSIBLY EITHER A FRIDGE. Lets pray the fridge dont take a crap. Now waiting over 2 weeks to see if the Samsung comes to fix. Dont buy!

    They don’t deliver things on time or offer any options. I have been to the store 6 times this week asking for answers. Items are in store but they don’t deliver them. I am expected to be without a refrigerator, washer, dryer for 3 weeks and this “may” change if it gets pushed back again.

    Don’t waste your money. This thing comes out of balance. A lot. I don’t even over load it. It’s super cheap feeling. It’s very loud. I’m not a fan.
