I’m 5foot tall. I fell in and now have to use a step stool. Yeah yeah I probably should have tried reaching into it before I bought it but I honestly figured it was a standard height. Haha. Nope. Washes great. The music drives me nuts some times. Love the prewash sink.

Bought about 2 months ago so far I am happy with the purchase. I wanted a washer without the agitator which is why I chose this on I will say not a big fan now clothes comes out very tangled and wrinkled, but other than that washes great and no problems so far.

Found this washer as an open box item, and was king of hesitant. Then I saw the price and it was kind of a no brainer. So far it has been working perfectly (knock on wood). I never rate anything as excellent, as there is always room for improvement.

Love this washing machine so much!! It holds so much laundry, making laundry quicker. Love the washout basin on top. Only con it’s so deep that sometimes it is hard to reach all the way to the bottom to grab laundry but... I am 8 months pregnant.

I love that I can throw my huge king comforter in and not have to get it done somewhere else. I love the quick cycles and how quickly I can do clothes and be done for the day. Great for large families. I couldn’t be happier.

This washer has performed very well so far. The top is easily scratched if you set laundry baskets on it, but that’s not a huge issue for me, it’s a washer and I don’t spend a lot of time showing it off to visitors...lol

I love this washing machine. It is so smart! It weighs your clothes and knows how much water to use and everything. It has options for anything you could think of including dry cleaning! It does an excellent job and I can load 3 loads at once compared to my old one.

This washer is all that you could possibly ask for. It lives up to its description and more! Got the matching Dryer as well and I’m in love! Quiet and SMART technology is amazingly efficient for an active on the go person. It makes doing laundry actually enjoyable!

This is a great washer - it is fantastic for larger loads and bulky items like quilts or comforters. Yet it also easily adjusts to small and even delicate items. The wash basin is handy but a bit awkward with the lid up fully. Minor issue easily worked around.

My wife loves this matching washer to go with her dryer. Had a front loader for 11 years and she is absolutely in love with this one. Large tub so you don't cram those clothes in together. Clothes come out clean and fresh every time. Very easy to use.

This washer not only looks great but runs great as well. It is so big that we can wash our largest items and not have any issues. Great set up crew as the 2 gentlemen were professional and explained the machine very thoroughly. Highly recommend!

Well, this is easily the best brown streak getter-outer that we've owned, and much better than using a washboard or beating our clothes with wet rocks. Now, I can save those rocks and chuck them at unknowingly-bad golfers right outside my back yard!

I am still waiting on the items as I set them to be delivered in a specific date

Works great, I specially like the super speed setting which washes clothes faster but doesn't compromise the quality of the cleaning. Samsung is a very good brand and there customer service is excellent.

For the money we spent this washer does an excellent job! This unit was priced right in the middle of all washers but does an excellent job for the price! The only problem my wife has is reaching the bottom of the washer. The drum is very deep.

I love this machine! The wash cycles are so short, yet efficient! It’s the prefect size for a family of four! I get all my laundry completed in half the time in comparison to my old Samsung washer. HOGHLY recommend!

I just wrote a review for the sister product, the dryer. I've had it for a month, and it's been great. If it lasts 10+ years, I'll be thrilled. For now, based on a month of performance, I'm pretty happy. I paid $649 and feel that it was worth it.
