So far, I have really like this dryer. somewhat quiet operation (I can hear when I am right down the hall from it). Stains come out of clothes well using with HE detergent.

Very stylish and modern look. Large capacity tub allows for washing comforters. Very convenient. Easy to use control panels. Overall I’m very pleased with Samsung Washer.

I havent used all the features yet, but I really like this washer, lots of room for all different sized loads and alot of choices for whatever you need to wash.

Love the design of this washer, easy to use and I absolutely love it! Only complaint is I’m pretty short and the washer is very tall so hard to get clothes out of bottom.

The clothes come out extremely clean. The only dowside is that the machine is very deep and a little hard for kids to reach the bottom. I love the sink on the top.

We love this, it's big enough to wash lots of clothes and does a good job cleaning all of them, the only issue is sometimes the softener dumps out early and stains some clothes.

I am really pleased with this washer and I've had it for a while and I am glad I got this one. If you need a large load washer this is your machine.

I had to purchase this on a whim after my front loading Samsung gave up after 13 years. So far a great washer and a much larger capacity than I've had in the past.

Switched from front load to this top load with Activewash. Performs great and the built in sink function helps with a 7 year old who seems to spill something on everything.

The washer is very quiet and sufficient .stainless black no finger print left on the metal.i love it does it's wAshing job .need to buy the matching dryer.recommend.

This washer is gigantic and when we began to seach for a new one I definitely wanted it to be bigger than what we had before. I love that it has no rotator and eleminates less damage to clothes. I am not thrilled about all the computerized technology and the PODS is not sufficient with this type of system because they don't dissolve well at all. I suggest you stick with the liquid detergent only which is what I prefer any how but I did try the PODS and it didn't turn out good. In order to use the PODS I had already purchase I soaked them in a container with very hot water so they would dissolve.

I purchased this washer, after ours died the night before, it was old 12+years so it was due. I did not want to go with a front loader due to mold issues and small size. After looking through reviews and prices the Samsung was the best bang for the buck, it helped that there were tons of positive reviews and as well it was huge and modern. Only grip I will give is that the "scrubbing sink" that is attached to the lid is not removable, this would be the only negative. If you don't use it it should be able to be removed to avoid breakage. Other than that its great, quiet and cleans perfectly.

I am a big fan of Samsung but unfortunately, we had to return this machine due to technical problems. We tried 2 machines but both had the same problems.

Love this size of this washer! It has cut down on my laundry time. Not a great fan of the HE washer as I can't get my whites as clean as I did with my old washer.

Great washer. I use the same detergent that I was using prior to this machine but now, my clothes come out smelling wonderful and they retain this clean smell for weeks.

Equipment was delivered on time. No dings or scratches. Washer runs and works great! no problems 2 months out!

Great washer. Looks great and works great. Easy to use. Only issue is the top lid doesnt open completely like you would expect. Feels like it will fall.

So far no issues. Only had it for about 4 months. The only issue is getting it balanced correctly so the lid will stay up while I put clothes in.

The washer is really nice and holds alot. Not recommended for a short person. Installer hooked up water line horrible. Had to hire someone else to fix it

I love the look of the washer, however it is a bit complicated to work and no instructions were given. I don't like that it does not have an agitator but overall i love it.
