Towels would come out heavy with a significant amount of water that I manually squeezed out before putting in the dryer. Speaking of the matching dryer, it took twice as long for me to dry clothes than my other dryer. I returned both within two weeks of delivery. Horrible. You just be very tall or use a grabber tool or step stool to reach the bottom of this big boy! That wasn’t a problem for me, but it may be for others.
