    I see no Leveling Bubble at the Bottom of the SSteel Vertical Drum in my machine and no horizontal lines to use for leveling!!!! I asked your Geeks Dept for answer and I am waiting patiently!!! Four days & counting! I cannot use it YET!

    My Mom purchased this washer for me and it’s too deep for a 5’2” person to get laundry out unless you use a step stool. It also seems to tangle clothes up no matter what you do. And finally, it also keeps water in the machine outside the drum, so I’m having Geek Squad come out.
