    It looks great if appearance is all that matters. It performs poorly. It doesn’t wash properly. The fact that it doesn’t have an agitator is significant. I wouldn’t recommend.

      Hi there,
      I see that you have noticed we do not use an agitator in our Samsung Washers. We use a better and more efficient way of cleaning your clothes with a pulsator. We use this part to pulsate the water in the machine through your clothes. This allows for less water to be used because we move the water instead of moving your clothes through a tub of water.     I bought this August 2019 less than 2 years later it has broken. Outside of the manufactures warranty and I did not purchase the store warranty. Getting a 8c code essentially machine fills with water and then just drains and will not start a wash cycle. Called samsung no help all they would do is send a technician that i would have to pay for and they could not tell me the cost. Replaced the mem sensor and checked attaching wiring for continuity still same error. Will have to buy a new washer. Will not ever buy any samsung products again. To many people are having this issue. For them not to issue so type remedy our further troubleshooting over the phone or providing adequate trouble shooting in the user manual is abysmal. This sucks i even paid more for the steam and top wash feature. The only good news is i didnt buy the set because i'm sure that dryer is rubbish also.

    DO NOT PURCHASE THIS WASHING MACHINE!!! After 2 years of an average of 2 loads per week it quit working and is not covered at all by Samsung. the cost to repair is more than the initial purchase cost. This makes 2 of the 6 new Samsung major appliances I bought break down within 2 years of purchase. BUY ANOTHER BRAND!!

    Its very Deep. You must be tall and limber. to reach the bottom. Its handles large loads nicely, but will tangle and wrinkle clothes.

    Doesn’t wash my clothes as good as the old machines. Still leaves clothes dirty unless you use a ton of soap and put on a heavy load setting.

    I don’t like it at all, and I want to return it. You can not control the amount of water, and it uses so little water the clothes do not feel clean or soft like my older washing machine made them feel. Once my sons shirt even smelled bad after being washed and dried in a small load. Terrible!!! I wish I would have just kept my old washing machine rather than this one. I bought this washing machine because I bought the drier that kinda goes with it last year and I wanted them to match and thought it would be nice. Very unsatisfied with it and it’s upsetting every time I use it!!!

    Piece of crap! Broke after a week of use. Waiting on it to be fixed as we speak. I cannot believe it broke after a week of use. Run from this washer! Its absolutely trash! Samsung has heard my mouth about this, and best buy will too for selling me a defective product. They don't make appliances to last anymore, so sad

    Broke in a month - a piece of junk

    One of my friends knew we were searching for a new washer, after our LG front loader died after 12 years of use, and he warned us "DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG". We had heard of his saga with his Samsung washer, that required multiple service visits and finally, the company paid him a prorated refund and took the machine because they just couldn't fix it. Well, I ignored those warnings because we wanted a "fancy" washer, and I now really wish we hadn't ignored those warnings. We have had this thing for a month, and now it's completely unusable. After washing a comforter, following the instructions provided in the book ("Waterproof/Bedding cycle"), the tub now moves and shakes the entire house, despite being fully balanced, and makes a hell of a noise, even when there's nothing in the tub and we're just running a spin cycle. It's two weeks before a service person can come out to even look at it and the laundry is just piling up.

    I waited so long to rate this washer because we spent too much money to not like it but I can’t stand it anymore so here we go. I absolutely hate this washer (and the matching dryer). Please save yourself the trouble and buy another brand. We have had it for exactly 2 years now and from the very beginning it could not get the smallest stains out and apparently there is nothing wrong with it. I have to hand wash clothes to get stains out after running them in the washer. We should've returned it when we had a chance but we just thought we still had to “learn” all the settings and thought it’s user error. Nope. We have gone through the manual and followed all the procedures/recommendations and it’s still a piece of crap. My parent’s old simple/cheap washing machine works so much better than this. The only reason we still have it is because we can’t afford to replace it at the moment.

    Does a Poor Job Cleaning at our House

    I've had this washer for about 10 months now, and it just doesn't do a great job at cleaning. Ours definitely does not handle sheets or blankets well. If we try to clean two sheets/blankets, the machine becomes unbalanced, which causes the unit to stop. Then you have to restart it at the beginning where the cycle failed. If it fails again, which it often does, then you have to continue starting at this point again. I have had to remove items soaking wet to get it to balance until it can finish the cycle. If you are cleaning very dirty clothes, it just does not clean them well at all, then it leaves the sandy/dirty residue at the bottom of the drum which I have to hand clean from the drum. In conclusion, I would not recommend this to anyone, nor would I recommend the brand. I don't believe it should be this difficult to clean basic items when this washer has such a large drum. Sorry to say, but look to another machine or brand to get the job done.

    With this washer I have to get a stool to get clothes off the bottom. Then every time I get clothes out of washer I bust my head on the little sink.

    Never Again known issue with Samsung lid/hinges

    Bought this washer against my better judgement because my wife liked that it had a soaking tray. cheap plastic Lid whichdid not even last a year and started to crack near the hinges. Now the lid is completed broke and I wish I would have researched this sooner as hundreds of people have had the same issue and I come to find out there was a recall on certain models from 2011-2016 because of this same issue but of course I could not find my model wa52m7750aw/a4 as part of the recall. the hinges don't go down which is why the Lid cracked even more...I tried to fix myself and even priced a new lid at over $150!!! which is 1/4 of what i paid for the washer. I don't even know if a new lid will even fix the issue as again the hinges seem to be the culprit. Now I am at a loss and don't know if Samsung will honor anything since this is now a 3-4 year old washer. I knew the lid was junk when I tested it out at BestBuy but my wife liked the soaking tray which cracked because it is attached to the lid. If this is a known issue Samsung should have reached out to all their customers and again what do I do if my model# isn't on the recall list. Never again!
