The spin cycle continually errors out and clothes are often very wet after the spin cycle completes. I have to constant stop it to redistribute the clothing to remove the Ur error code and prevent the washer from dumping extra water in the tub.

Only 3 of the 4 feet are adjustable and of course the one we need to adjust doesn't. We had to put something under the back left foot and then level the other legs to it but the grinding rubber sound never stopped even though it was completely level. If the load is unable to balance out so the machine can spin it has a feature that fills the tub back up with water to self level and then attempt to spin again. Well.... I noticed that it had been 3 hours and the load of towels was still washing. Draining, filling, draining, filling. Needless to say I am returning the washer and going back to a front loader. Totally bummed this didn't work out.

This is my 2nd broken Samsung washer in 3 years. When my previous washer broke, it was replaced with this model due to a recall. Even with buying the Best Buy Geek Squad warranty, I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for repairs. Repairman says he is waiting on replacement parts and has no way to track Samsung parts. He can track parts delivery for all other brands. I also called Geek Squad and was told there is nothing they can do. I just have to wait. I know Samsung appliances are cheaper, but spend the extra money for a better name brand. You’ll be much happier in the long run.

Spoke with a representative the day of the delivery. The offer very small discount if a product was still working. They were supposed to get back with me in a timely manner via email to discuss replacing the product. I'm still waiting.
