I would expect a lot better out of Samsung products. That one was a $1700.00 washing machine it’s disturbing when you call them and the warranty ran out a month passed when it was purchased you spend that amount and don’t even get 2 years out of it. Then this one described above cannot even do 6 loads without breaking. 4 pairs of jeans should not make the motor dislodge and thump especially one with this cubic capacity. I would recommend you do not buy Samsung washing machines.

I have called several times to get a Best Buy Rep to call me back and that has not ever happened. The washer does NOT wash sheets, towels, bed clothing etc... It took me over 4 hours to wash 2 sheets and 3 pillow cases. The machine is ALWAYS on unbalanced mode. Sometimes it will go through the whole cycle without adding any water. I will have to file a small claims action to get my money back. I have had the machine for 3 months. BEWARE!1

DON'T BUY A SAMSUNG

This washing machine has broken down twice now since it was delivered 8 months ago. It took over three weeks to get serviced the first time with the service provider they use here. I'm currently in the process of trying to have it serviced again and Samsung has be listed as out of warranty, it took three phone calls so far and I still don't have a service appointment. I will never deal with Samsung again no matter how cheap their products are.

Also the guys didn’t explain how the washer performs.

Not worth the money

The time on there is Ridiculous. The wash cycle just spins the clothes left and right at the slowest way possible even when you put it on extra heavy soil I wish I can return these washer and dryer but I’m sure it’s beyond my return policy I’m so unhappy with them I’m just trying to save someone else from this hassle do not buy these

I can help with your concern. Our Samsung Washers are High Efficient and with that there is less water used per cycle. The machine uses a Pulsator instead of an Agitator. You will not see much movement in the clothes due to the pulsator which is designed to move water unlike the traditional agitator which moves the clothes. The pulsator spins very fast beneath the clothes to push the water through them for a better clean without damaging any clothes. Thank you for choosing Samsung. ^Brad

For my king size comforter that’s not crazy thick, it can take up to 4 hours drying time to be completely dry.

Has no washing power at all when it's in wash cycle. The clothes barely move in the water. I've had cheap washers that have the agitator shaft in the middle work amazing. I truly regret this washer machine. And all those "smart" cycles are Stupid in my opinion. Never fills enough water. JUNK

Disappointing!

Washer kept trying to “balance load” and kept adding water, and adding water, and adding water, Load took over three hours from start to finish and the lid stayed locked the entire time. Definitely not water efficient! Load in the washer was a normal load, nothing oversized or bulky.

When I examined and tried the floor model, I was able to reach the bottom of the barrel to retrieve the clothes. However, when I started using the washer, half of my body was inside the barrel pinching on my tummy and my head inside the barrel, which is unsafe and unhealthy. I tried to return and exchange but Best Buy didn't allow it.

The sink that we had never used broke within 2 months from just closing the lid, now 6 months later the lid has broke.
