Horrible flaw you won't notice for months

There is no way to stop this from happening even if you take it apart and clean what you can see. The issues that there will always be some water left underneath that will cause issues long term. It is not even 2 years old and I am buying a new washer.

Cant believe this

Broke in 9 days

Samsung's customer service sent out a repair guy to fix it and it has been working fine ever since, however I am not happy that I had to have it repaired in 9 days after purchasing

Good Until It Isn't

Tried to schedule a warranty repair through Samsung and was given a 3-4 week estimate to get a technician out here. We have lots of other Samsung products and have always been happy but I will not buy any more appliances from them.

I’m 5’7 and have to stand on my tip toes to get Clothes from the bottom of the washer. It does not rinse well. I have since replaced it with a Maytag that is wonderful.

SAMSUN 5.2 CU.FT.HIGH EFFICIENCY TOP LOAD WASHER

dont buy top loader from samsung! buy front loader

Do not buy

New parts have to be ordered and replaced...new motor, clutch, mother board, etc. Beyond me how this woukd break when I only wash small loads. I hope I can get this replaced.

Garbage!

The machine doesn't work well when in bedding cycle and it makes far too much noise in rinse cycle.

Terrible washer

Piece of junk

The washer makes a loud grinding sound on the spin cycle and does not extract water from the clothing. Samsung quality is poor.
