I love Samsung!! This washer is great my clothes gets really clean. The loads don't take long. You can connect the washer to your phone for when it throws codes. Only thing is try out before you buy it!! Its pretty deep, I am 5ft (pretty short) and I have a hard time reaching when I'm trying to unload.

I purchased this machine to replace a slightly smaller Samsung washer that had been recalled. The extra capacity is worth it, I wash a LOT of towels. The bonus built-in sink is a nice feature that I make use of frequently, and I have had no problems with any settings or figuring out codes when the machine is trying to tell me something. Yes, I suggest keeping your owners manual handy.

Love the size. Can wash king size blankets easily.

I havnt had this washer for very long but so far its doing fine. Its HUGE inside. And deep. I have to stand on a stool in order to reach clear into the bottom and its still a reach. I did wash a queen size comforter which seemed to fit in the tub well. Only doing five stars due to not having this washer very long and because its sooo dang deep!

My previous washer leaked horribly..so nice to do laundry without a puddle of water ..this machine is so quiet that my dryer is louder than this washer.SUPER NICE WASHER!! Love the little soak bin has ridges so you can scrub then just lift the lid and the items slide nicely into the washer ..that easy.

Samsung made a phenomenal washer. It has a huge capacity, which is great for our family of four with two young ones. It has a ton of washing options. It's very user and energy friendly. It's nice to have the smaller wash chamber on top. The steam option is great. If I could change one small thing, the drawer that holds the detergent is a little bit of a pain for me personally to pull in and insert, but I have a bad back and spine after injuries sustained in a car accident. My wife agrees and she has no physical constraints. The team Best Buy had installed this in a quick and efficient manner while upholding COVID protocols.

My review after 5 weeks of usage. PROS: Very quit. Looks nice. Giant tub for large loads. Treats clothes gently. CONS: Spin speed is too slow (even on max). 800 Max RMP still leaves some clothes wet and heavy. 1,200 to 1,400 RPM is a more "normal" maximum. Dryer must do extra work and use extra energy to dry clothes compared to my old washer. The transparent lid is pretty useless. The sink is in the way and is not transparent. And steam or condensation usually fog the glass from the inside anyway, making it not see-through. The tub is so deep it is dark unless you sign a flashlight through the lid. The hand wash sink is pretty useless and gets in the way. It is hard to add detergent to drawer if sink is up. If sink is down, detergent often drips into sink and is never rinsed away (unless you rinse it yourself). Does not balance well on spin cycle for large or heavy loads. If it is unbalanced, you get "Ur" error, then machine drains and fills with water to try again automatically. When washing a single medium-weight blanket, this "drain and fill cycle" repeated several times before I knew why, wasting lots of time and water. I had to balance the load myself and set to manual spin (the last choice on dial) to get in to finish. Thank you.

Purchased as a replacement for an older GE HE Machine. This unit is hands down better. Wash quality is the best we've ever had and the overall footprint via energy and water usage is much better as well. Love the finish as well, does not smudge and show fingerprints the same way stainless tends to do.

My original washer was recalled and I chose basically the same brand and style because I really like how it looks and how it gets my clothes so clean. Washer is very quiet and comes with a lot of settings to choose from. I am very happy with this washer and would highly recommend it!

The black stainless steel provides a really cool and updated look. Cleaning cycles are pretty complicated, but the standard cycles do the job! Nice and quiet and doesn't bother the dog like our old one used to. Very happy with the upgrade and Geek Squad was awesome on delivery day.

My wife and I are very pleased with this washer. We went from an older standard washer with center agitator to this. I was always skeptical of HE washers (espectially top loading) because I always wondered how clothes could get clean without having all of the clothes submerged in the water. However, we are very happy with how well this washer works. The ONLY problem that I found with it was the fact that it doesnt have the old self adjusting feet. The back left foot is NOT adjustable. The problem with this is if you are installing this washer in a basement with an uneven floor, you better hope that the back left corner isnt the low side. Unfortunately, my floor happens to slow back and to the left. I had to place wooden boards under the foot to raise it enough to level the washer. Perhaps if you are planning on purchasing this washer and the left rear is low in your basement, spend the extra money for intstallation so you dont have to mess with it at all. You could also install this on a riser that you have already leveled. If not for the major pain that it was to level the washer, I would give 5 stars.

The tub is huge and deep and if you are smaller than 5'8, you will have issues reaching all the way to the bottom of the tub. The only way my wife can get her hands on the clothes at the very bottom is to use a step stool. Clothes come out extra wrung out. There seems to be very little water after the wash is complete.

Washes everything beautifully. Doesn’t damage clothes the way my previous machine would. I love that you can hand wash anything delicate or extremely stained and then just throw it in there . It played a cute melody when the load is done . Has so many setting but they’re all easy to understand
