I had this washer for over 4 years and I cannot say how wonderful it has been to me. There are tons of different wash cycle and features in general. I absolutely love the feature of washing out your underwear or stains before putting in the bin. I do have times where the machine gave me error codes from when I put a heavy duty blanket in it but it was an easy fix and customer service was amazing, I am not disappointed 4 years later and definitely recommend.

although this maybe bc I had an old washer, it really helped bring back life to my old clothes. My whites are significantly whiter and my clothes are not dingy looking anymore. Also handles large comforters very well. Only downside is that it takes awhile to really clean clothes; however, I rather it take its time to really clean my laundry.

I have really put this through it's paces! I can do a week's worth of laundry in one (very large) load. I washed 3 or 4 standard (stinky dog) pillows in one load on sanitize and would have let my kid sleep on them after! I can do all my queen sheets and king comforter in one load. It is SUPER quiet! I try to time laundry with every one's showers, but I get distracted if I don't do it RIGHT THEN so I LOVE the delay feature! I am 5' 1" and have to spin the drum and strain to reach the bottom, but I just bought a cheap dollar store reacher. I programmed a simple cycle so my 10 year old now does her own laundry and I don't have to stress she's doing some crazy super hot cycle or whatever (and the husband). The cycles are kind of longer than expected, but I just plan accordingly. The standard cold/normal cycle is about an hour. The steam/sanitize on extra hot/heavy everything is close to 3 hours. I usually just plan those loads before bed. The long cycles are my only "con" but I just work it in to the routine. Same machine in a "less popular" color was a lot cheaper than the standard white. This washer has helped make some sense of my crazy life!

I am kind of disappointed at this Samsung washer. It’s been 7 years since I bought this washer and drier combo and a couple years ago it started greeting rusted. I called Samsung and they told me this is not covered under their 10 years product warranty which made me very unhappy. The washer is in great conditions and still washes great but I am thinking to replace it due to the rusting issue. Such a pittt.

Is a great washing machine and I can wash big loads I even was my king size bed sheets and comforters.

This is my favorite washing machine ever!!! I grew up with my parents machine, after that I had 2 others I owned, plus the apartments that had a washer ( so rare)... Then I got this one!!! I do not like front loaders. They are the worst in my opinion. There is no agitator to destroy clothes, but clothes come out so clean!!! The steam wash is fantastic! I have a sanitized cycle. I can do a load of laundry but realize the time, and if I don’t want to stay up to late, I can delay the wash till when I wake up, so laundry doesn’t sit in machine, and I forget. I hear the chime and put it in the dryer!!! Love the tub lining of silver. And the soak sink attached to the lid is something I can’t live without, a must have for any washer!!! The tub is huge so can wash comforter if needed. The person who designed this was a genius, so many positives!!! Has a deep wash option which is very important. Pleasant end cycle bell alarm. Love this machine so much!!! Hope it lasts forever!!!

This machine is great for large loads and small. Washing time is a little long.

First of all the 15 day return period is a joke! Why even bother...I was so excited to get a new washer and dryer since the ones I had were old when they were given to me 15 yrs ago. I didn't realize that all the wash cycles except quick wash and timed wash you were looking at least an hour wash time. I was told by the guy from Best Buy who came to my house that don't be surprised if your clothes are partially dry when they are done...that hasn't happened at all...if anything I have had to put it back on the spin cycle because they were still very wet even though I have it on the highest spin cycle. The guys who hooked up them up had the hot and water hoses on backwards. As for the dryer...that's takes well over an hour to dry. I only use one setting and that's the heavy duty setting and I make sure that is set on the highest heat setting and after an hour my clothes are not completely dry. They aren't even hot when you take them out of the dryer...they are warm. I have to take a lint roller to my fleece shirts because it doesn't take any of the cat hair, my hair or lint off. Should of just saved myself $1,500+ and kept my old washer and dryer cause they did just as good of a job if not better and in less time.

I bought the set in October 2021. I tried to return the washer within 3 months. I am a very big fan of Samsung products. At least, I am of their televisions. I loved the concept and the features offered. However… i was very disappointed in the wash quality, or lack thereof. The tub is smooth and lacks the agitator feature, the wash quality declines significantly. The other thing I dislike is the depth of the tub. It makes it very difficult for people under 5’-9” to reach items in the bottom of the tub without some sort of aid (stepstool) or climbing on the edge of the machine. Lastly, the fabric softener section constantly leaks into the load prior to the wash even beginning. This is very bothersome because I have stained my whites load. It also wastes the fabric softener because the load is going to go through its wash cycle and have an empty reservoir when it comes to the rinse cycle. Samsung, do better.

I have had this washer for 4 years now and it has now been nothing but problems. We have the extended warranty for it but I have has the sub let warranty people A &E factory out to look at the issue of it not spinning out and being unbalanced numerous times since June of 2020. I was first told nothing was wrong, but problem continued. So I would call for them to repair and they have ordered parts. Everytime its a 2 1/2 week wait for them to service the washer, it used to take 2 days now it don't complete a spin at all where I have to hang dry till they can be placed in the dryer. I have called several times trying to get someone to understand my frustration. And seeing what has to be done to get the extended warranty to place under their lemon policy. But I was just told tonight my claim was denied bc they sent parts that the warranty service hopes will fix but I can't be promised it will . You would think that Best Buy would stand by their product and customer service and do by whats right to their customers. But I have gotten nothing but the run around. So if I were you I would look for a product or company that stands by their customers and do whats right..

I live my Samsung washer and dryer. I’ve had them for four years and they still work wonderfully.

Iv been very generous in giving this thing a years worth of performance befor writing a review. I have tried every setting with the same results. If you dont mind meagerly clean cloths this machine is for you! If you dont mind washing stuff twice this machine is for you! I have noticed areas of cloths that smell extra scented from laundry soap or fabric softener and other areas that didnt appear touched clearly indicating it isnt getting distibuted evenly. I have only used HE soap as per recomendations. I live alone so i dont wash huge loads so its definetly NOT overloaded. If your ok with with extra scented areas than this machine is for you! If your fine with pilling this machine is for you! If your fine with standing on a stool to reach into the bottom this machine is for you!! I use the extra rinse on every cycle. You need to use the extra rinse on every cycle. Trust me. You need to. Im on a very high producing well so i dont care how much water i use. Finally i got so tired of it i sold it and bought a good ol fashioned washer. Other than that the washer has never failed to go thru all of its motions flawlessly. Its pretty. Its fancy. The chimes are cute.
