Samsung was one really bad bad experience! I would never recommend washing machines from this company, costumer service-0

I don’t understand how this washer received so many good reviews. It never washes the top of our clothes. The water does not get high enough to cover the clothes no matter how many times I override the soil level. So the clothes on the bottom get washed, but not the ones on top. It also leaves dirt at the bottom of the washer that you find when you take your clothes out. It never gets tough stains out. It’s awful. I hate this washer.

Broke at 3 years old, replaced 2 parts and it still doesn’t work right

Lost the control board after 4 years. Apparently these are recommended to use only 7 cycles per week. So if you do a lot of laundry don’t get this.

We bought this on February 26, 2019 and the board went on it already. Very upset with this purchase so we are returning it to the store and getting an LG. On perm press it says error 4c which is water input related. The hose is not kinked, the valve is fine, and it's only on perm press. Instead of replacing the board we are replacing the washer and dryer we just purchased. So upsetting because we have saved up to get own place and get the activewash series and it flopped. Just beware of this washer of you buy it because I purchased it brand new from Best Buy and when I registered it, the manufacturers warranty was already expired. My monitor I bought from Samsung directly did the same thing. So I'm starting to turn away from Samsung products now including the phones. So word of warning, be cautious buying Samsung products.

Garbage. This machine began to fail me in less than two years

I got this with the matching dryer and can say I’m very disappointed. Received it Nov 6th. I have used it a couple of times and can say it struggled to wash clothes when it wasn’t all the way full. It’s meant for “large capacity” yet struggles to wash when it’s not all the way full. Plus! Very loud, I close the laundry room door and still pretty loud...

I got it a set of washer dryer- they are great. Happy with the purchase.

Bad washer have more the 1 year problems whit balance waste a lot water.

Washer was installed improperly and is emitting a sewer smell to our laundry room which is toxic. Impossible to get ahold of someone to come out and redo the install. 45 min on-hold every time I call customer service. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend purchasing through Best Buy.

Had the washer installed this past Thursday. I just replaced my old style top loader with agitator. My old machine was like 30 yrs old. Was so looking forward to this machine. I use to place items into washer and walk away. Was told tbis washer was tbe same way since its heavy duty. It took almost 7 hrs to finish up 1 load of laundry. I placed 8 bath sized towels and a kids sleeping sleeping bag in tbe machine. Walked away after starting a normal wash. I kept getting a UR code on machine, thinking it would clear. The machine kept filling up with water then draining water. I had to eventually pull almost every towel out before I could get it to spin and drain items. Also had to rebalance machine many times before it finished. Debating on returning if this happens again What a headache

Two years after purchasing, the lid to the washer broke at the hinge. Apparently this is a common problem. You have to replace the entire lid when this happens and it costs $200.

I chose this washer to replace a Whirlpool front loader that wouldn't spin anymore. I wish I'd have kept looking. My dark clothes come out of the washer looking like they were washed with white towels. I just did a load with a twin size sheet, 3 beach towels, 2 hand towels, 1 shirt and my son's soccer uniform. The sheet, shirt and uniform have to be washed again due to dirt streaks that weren't on them before they went into the wash. The soccer shirt looks like a herd of cats were fighting over it. Every time I take it out of the washer it has more snags. I washed a twin size blanket that had areas that were still dry at the end of the cycle. It feels like I have to clean out the washing machine every day. It's absolute garbage and, honestly, the first time I've EVER been disappointed in a Samsung product...and over the years we've owned all kinds of electronics and phones and even an microwave. I wish I could go back to last November and buy something else! It's too much money to spend on something that isn't going to clean your clothes! I don't normally leave reviews...especially bad ones...but this washer is a huge disappointment.

Purchased 2 of these high-ended washers, first one lasted approx 1 year, started to rust.. Second never really worked properly, would never obtain correct temperature..Cleaning quality below average. "SUPPORT" is absolutely terrible. I will never purchase a Samsung appliance again.

We have this washing machine for just over three months. We bought it from Best Buy, With just normal regular use, the hinge on the lid broke and the tub used for pre washing separated from the lid and the plastic parts broke in many pieces. We called Samsung Care and they said that they can fix this under the warranty. They sent a technician and replaced it, but after that wanted to charge us $250 for the replacement. In principle we declined to pay as we thought that this is a manufacturing flaw. The technician then removed the replacement part and and placed the broken part back and left. We called Samsung Care, but this time they changed their tune and said that we do need to pay $250 for a washing machine that cost $600, I hope Samsung is monitoring this and we're hopeless in finding resolution to this.
