I purchased this washer to replace a whirpool that did not last five years yes i was not happy. The old one was loud and and did not clean well. the new washer is nice and quiet huge capacity and does a great job of cleaning....

I ordered this on line with out seeing it first. it is a lot bigger than the one I had. But when they brought it I thought it was the wrong one because it was not a wide. Turns out its deeper so deep I have to get a stool to get the last of the cheesecloth. But then again I am short

Got this on sale and it is a very good replacement for our front loader machine. With the constant battle with front loader smells, mildew smells in our clothes, etc, I could not be happier with getting this top loader. I will never go back to a front load machine. Lots of room in the tub, tons of wash cycles. So far, it is a great machine.

This machine is neat, cool, TALL. I am 5'5 and I can barely reach the bottom of the tub. Sometimes the clothes are a twisted knot when they are done so this makes it even harder to empty the washer. It holds a ton of laundry but don't put a ton of laundry in it because the dryer will need to run forever to dry them. Very quiet but it does have a tune to let you know when to get your arms ready for a good stretch between getting in the bottom of the washer and sorting, hanging and folding a large load of laundry from the dryer.

Highly recommend this washer. The craze is all about front loaders, but if you've owned one you know that mold, mildew, ring issues, and items getting stuck in the ring are all an issue. Not with this one! I love the hand washing basket, but haven't had the time to see if it is detachable. It somewhat gets in the way when you're trying to do the detergent and fabric softener. Just like the dryer, make sure you pick up the steam hose that goes with it or you won't be able to utilize the steam functions. Other than that, I LOVE this washer. I feel like my clothes really get clean and the multitude of functions are great. I love that I can wash bulky bedding.

The washer is huge and does a great job. Quiet with options for all types of laundry.

I have been using it for almost a month and it seems like a good product. This product would get 5 stars if it came with something to be able to remove the clothes that are underneath, especially for people of short stature. It has great capacity.

Washer works well....the softener seems to not be absorbed into the wash process, but I need to test a different type to make sure. Convenient top loader. Was a floor model and arrived with extra damage that compensated to me via Best Buy customer service.

Love all the setting and you can save custom settings. The jetwash for the sink is great. Clothes come out clean and fresh. Very quiet while in use love the chime when the cycle has ended. I would recommend getting the protector for the lid. It is fingerprint resistant

We like this set a lot. Large capacity and easy to use. Looks good. Despite what we had read in some reviews we pretreat our stains and feel it washes well. We had also read it didn’t always fully rinse large loads but have not seen that, we use HE detergent and don’t overuse the detergent. We used to have a Samsung washer that had silvercare for low temp disinfecting, seems they stopped selling that feature several years back. Other than that, this seems to have most of the premium wash cycles and features we wanted.

This washer has an awesome feature of a sink/washing area pull down that you can rinse the stains out of your clothes before washing them. It is very helpful to us because we dont have a sink in our laundry room. It is awesome.

This washer has such a large capacity that I am able to consolidate two loads of laundry into one because it fits. The settings allow for you to wash whatever you want. I even put dry clean only dresses in it on delicates and they came out perfect!

I really love this machine. It is quiet and efficient. I haven't used all of the options yet, but so far everything has worked beautifully. Got a great deal on the washer and dryer together and I would definitely recommend both. Very pleased with this purchase.

I love this machine. It has all the bells and whistles but is still simple to use. It can handle large loads without a problem. Cleans well and saves water. Best of all you can hardly heard it run.

We've only had the washer for a week, but it's performing just as we expected. The best feature is also probably the most tricky. The capacity is amazing. However, if you're short, you may have issues getting your laundry out of the bottom of the tub. I am just using a grabber gadget, which makes it very easy.

After reading all the reviews we decided to purchase this machine anyway. It doesn't save on water because you either have to use the extra rinse cycle or the deep wash; sometimes both. So, in their effort to save water, you actually use more. In an effort to save electricity, you actually use twice as much. I certainly do more loads because I can't put too much in at one time. So all those efforts to save energy are failing. I don't like that you can't do a separate pre-wash or soak from the cycle. There are times when I want to pre-wash or soak something before adding other clothes. They want you to soak and then directly go to the cycle. No stopping to add more clothes. I don't like that I can't control my water temperature. I don't like that I can't set the high spin on all cycles. The clothes frequently come out too wet. Which means the dryer works harder. Again, not saving energy. Why is the washer is so deep. You certainly can't load it with a bunch of items because they won't get clean. So that's a bunch of wasted space. It seems to be very tall. I am 5'7" and I can just barely reach the bottom. I did take the recommendation to fill only the outside of the drum for the sensor to work properly. This does seem to work. Pros: It does use less detergent. Considering all machines are smart machines, this one is okay; so far. Yet, I have had only one smart washer. Bottom line: These smart machines are not allowing you to make your own decisions for your tasks. Ergo, you must outsmart your machine ;)

I love how big the washer is and we have had no issues so far. Definitely was worth the purchase!

First a warning: If you have any doubt about how useful the built-in sink for you might be consider buying the washer that doesn't have it. I regret I bought this one with the little plastic sink in the top. The washer works well and it does the job - that is what makes it worth the 4 star rating. That sink is annoying (one reason I didn't give it 5 stars) and I banged my head on it more than once. This machine supposedly figures out on its own how much water to fill - there is no dial where you can select the amount of water or fill level. That doesn't work too well (throw in a couple of shirts and it fills half but when you have it filled with bed sheets it notoriously misses water) - This is the other reason I didn't give it 5 stars. The steam sanitizer cycle works great - it just takes some time (it is not just steam though).
