The Samsung washing machine is great at doing its job of washing our clothes. The size of the barrel is much deeper and wider than our previous version. It comes with a washbowl that you can wash in it using the faucet function to have water fill up the bowl. Once you are done, you can tip the bowl and let the waterfall into the washing machine's barrel since it will drain any water in it. The washing machine even has a self-cleaning program for it to wash the inside using its own setting. As a bonus, the Samsung washer and dryer line up come with a pretty jingle to say that its job is done.

Wash machine has a ton of room and works well so far on my work clothes, even without an agitator. Wash time is long and we hit our head all the time on the wash sink. But good machine otherwise

Love that I can wash a big load and the sink in feature! I need a step stool to reach to bottom, but no big deal, I prefer the extra space so less loads of laundry!

Washer is great - big barrel fits lots of clothes! Deep drum difficult to get those run away socks, and does take a longer time then I'm used to for some of the cycles, but overall very happy.

The unit is great and can hold a lot of clothes compared to my last unit. I always manage to hit my head on the lid because the pre-wash sink tub sticks out. The first time we used it, it constantly poured water into the tub and later found out that was the unit's way to balance the load. It also plays a full soundtrack when it finishes the wash. Extremely easy to use and cleans well.

Easy to learn how to operate. The bedding feature is great. The steam feature is works great for dress clothes. No fingerpints keep unit looking great Two thumbs up.

I had never used a top load with no agitator and was skeptical, but salesman said they had one for personal use & liked it. I was shopping for a front load because I had heard they were more gentle on clothes, due to no agitatr. I also wanted one that would wash king size comforters & large loads. This does all that and clothes are really clean, Also like the wash basin built into the lid.

I replaced my Kenmore Elite washer with this one and so far I couldn't be happier. I feel it does a better job cleaning then my last one, clothes comes out a lot better

This is a real good washing machine. It has a lot of features that cleans the laundry without problems. It even has the top where you can scrub your items before you drop them in the tank.

Had to replace my last gen one due to recall. This one is bigger, quieter, and better. Glad I stuck with Samsung on this.

You just need to read instructions to learn how to use properly. It’s awesome once I learned how to work it. It’s stands quite high but that’s was a bonus for me.

This washer is the best investment to date I believe. It’s quite, efficient and the black stainless steel is a very appealing color. I would highly recommend this washer.

We got this as a replacement for our front loader. Glad we went the bigger one- its a little deep for the kids to use to help out but it cleaned our king size comforter with no issue. Have not had issues with it but we also have not used all the functions of it yet- so we will update if need be. Great item and size so far.

I am so disappointed in this purchase! Even on high spin this large capacity washer does not spin out the water out of towels, blankets, etc. i mean they are sopping wet. It takes 2 hours to dry them! I have tried every setting. Also, the clothes are wadded up in a tight bundle and it cleans poorly. Buy another machine! It looks good but awful product!

We upgraded our washer and dryer to these new Samsung models and have been very pleased with them. So quiet and efficient! With the large capacity drum it's been awesome for our family. I do at least ten loads a week and this has been perfect. I especially love the handwash sink as we don't have available space for a sink in this laundry room. Easy to use screen, plus energy efficient, I'm so glad we went with these new models. Great upgrade from our older spinning drum versions.

I purchased this set online at a great price. It was on backorder at the time. I've been using it for abut 8 months and do not have any complaints. The active wash is a nice feature for pretreating my child's softball uniform. I do not use the steam function. It operates smoothly and quietly. I wanted a set that could handle king size bedding and this gets the job done.

Beautiful machine. Easy to use. Great multiple selections. My favorite thus far is the deep wash!! Clothes come out super clean. Looove the built in sink option!!

This is the second Samsung washer I have purchased. It is efficient and cleans beautifully. With no giant agitator in the basket, I can wash blankets and larger items with ease.

Decided to step up my adulting and bought my first washer and dryer set. Did a ton of research and I'm very happy with this Samsung washing machine. Its huge inside. Cleans very well. The only con I would say is if you're short (under 5'4 ish) you're going to need a step stool to reach the bottom of the washing machine to get the clothes out. I highly recommend this washer. Its extremely quiet.

Love! It is the hugest capacity washer I have ever seen! It fits TWO of the loads from our former washer! Plus I got them on sale for a great price!
