I made sure to read both good and the not so good reviews about it. I LOVE it! It cleans well, simple to use and lots of options as far as wash cycles. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great machine for the money you pay. I also loved that the Geek Squad went through the functions with me before leaving.

I have been able to wash Queen comforters without problems. Cycles are a bit long but that seems to be the norm now with high efficiency washers. Love the built in sink. Very handy

I love the multiple functions and features it offers. I love using the "sink" to hand wash my more delicate items and face masks. I also love the deep drum! No more trips to the laundry mat for those big bulky items anymore! And to get it on sale it feels like Best Buy is losing money on this washer! I am pleasantly happy with my purchase and I'm sure you'll be as well.
