I like the color of the washer. Washed a king size blanket and dried it with no problem

This machine is very quiet and I hardly know when it’s on.

Ok so I was skeptical at first .. my clothes weren't getting clean like I thought they should ... I started researching and you have to use High Efficiency (HE) detergent in HE washers!!! They will not work properly if you don't!! It will tear your machine up .. overall I am in love with it!!! Hands down the best machine I've ever purchased!!!

Comes with big book of instructions, but love how clean the clothes come out the washer

This is a beautiful and streamlined appliance. Still can't believe it doesn't have an agitator, but it cleans so well. One issue: VERY deep barrel. I am 5' 3" and can't reach the bottom of the drum to remove clothing -- need a stepstool for this. This will get old. Think you would have to be 5' 6" and taller to be comfortable with this configuration.

I love the size of this wash machine. The tub is large enough for my comforters and large loads of dirty laundry. I read reviews that it may not clean laundry well, but all my clothes have come out clean. I am very happy with my purchase

This washer is so much bigger than my old one and works great. My only warning would be that if you are short or have short arms, then you will not be able to reach the bottom of this thing to get the wet clothes out.

We have been using and older washer that came with our house when we bought it. We just though our clothes were getting clean, until we purchased this new washer. Now I KNOW they are getting clean, the difference between the old washer and this on is night and day. It is also way more quiet.

Excellent Washer, we also bought the matching Dryer and they both have a plethora of settings that make the set worth the money. We will be Samsung fans for life thanks to this set, a must-have.

I love it. I didn't realize how band our other machine (that was only 4 Years old) washed our clothes until I did our first load in this machine. The clothes felt and smelled so much nicer. And it definitely made our whites brighter right away! I love all the wash options and I don't know why others say it doesn't get all your clothes wet because if you're concerned it isn't getting enough water the sink spout can also fill the drum with additional water. The only thing I would say is you will need a stool to get the clothes from the bottom if you're short. That doesn't bother me though because I would rather be able to do larger loads so I love how deep it is, fits our very fluffy king comforter easily.
