It would lock up and become non-functional, but then start working again for no apparent reason until it finally stopped working for good in November and needed repair. We called Samsung service and were told the service center would be out in 3 days, but they called and postponed the service appointment for another 3 days. Two hours before the rescheduled appointment, the service center calls to postpone again, saying they won’t be able to come for another 5 days. I’m not sure how Samsung can justify allowing customers to be without a major appliance for almost 2 weeks. The washer did a great job of cleaning our clothes (when it actually worked), but I cannot recommend it due to Samsung’s horrendous service.

I purchased this because of the recall Samsung had done on the older models and what a wonderful upgrade ! Love the wash bowl too how convenient ! Great for soaking and the steam setting is awesome too ! And it's quiet !!!!!

Everything was as promised and well done by very professional delivery team. Washer does everything it was expected to do and more so we came back to Best Buy and bought matching dryer. Only waited 4 days for delivery so we now have outstanding pair of Samsung appliances. Very pleased!!
