I have only had this washer for a month but I am pleased with how nicely my clothes look after being washed. I told the salesman I wanted a washer large enough for a queen sized comforter and blankets. Well it is large enough but what I didn't consider was my 5'3 height so with that being said I do need a step stool to reach the bottom of this unit, however it is worth it. I had a front loader before and was not happy with it. This is like a front loader without the seals that become stinky and mildewed. One added feature however to this top loader is the middle part of the drum has a retractable agitator feature that raises up when washing your clothes that the front loader doesn't have and it gets your clothes cleaner in my opinion than the front loader. Praying that I get the longevity of product that I had of the one I replaced.

Bought to replace a new Whirlpool washer that had less than desired performance. This Samsung washer is astoundingly quieter than the new Whirlpool. The drawer for fabric softener and detergent also is very convenient to have the right liquid at the right time. The washboard sink at the top is handy for breaking up gunk on clothes, and may be helping with the sound. Also, the water faucet button is located on the front, so it is easy to press when the door is open (I've seen other models where the button is nonsensically located on the panel which would be blocked if the door is open). Very quiet and we are very happy with this model.

Purchased this washer 5 months ago after mine went out and I love it! It can wash a lot of clothes! I love that it doesn’t have that spinner in the middle. The detergent location is very discreet. It’s easy to keep it clean. I love this washer. Only one negative thing, and it’s not really negative…I’m 5’3….so it’s definitely a long way down to reach for my clothes! Lol. I just bought a lil step stool to solve that problem. And also, I didn’t want to get the protection plan, but when I thought about it, I spent 250 dollars for a repair man to fix my last washer and it still went out…so I think the protection plan is worth it!

I am very pleased with how quiet this washer is and doesn't shake like my old one!
