I have only had this washer for a month but I am pleased with how nicely my clothes look after being washed. I told the salesman I wanted a washer large enough for a queen sized comforter and blankets. Well it is large enough but what I didn't consider was my 5'3 height so with that being said I do need a step stool to reach the bottom of this unit, however it is worth it. I had a front loader before and was not happy with it. This is like a front loader without the seals that become stinky and mildewed. One added feature however to this top loader is the middle part of the drum has a retractable agitator feature that raises up when washing your clothes that the front loader doesn't have and it gets your clothes cleaner in my opinion than the front loader. Praying that I get the longevity of product that I had of the one I replaced.

Purchased this washer 5 months ago after mine went out and I love it! It can wash a lot of clothes! I love that it doesn’t have that spinner in the middle. The detergent location is very discreet. It’s easy to keep it clean. I love this washer. Only one negative thing, and it’s not really negative…I’m 5’3….so it’s definitely a long way down to reach for my clothes! Lol. I just bought a lil step stool to solve that problem. And also, I didn’t want to get the protection plan, but when I thought about it, I spent 250 dollars for a repair man to fix my last washer and it still went out…so I think the protection plan is worth it!

I love love love it! I purchased this because of the recall Samsung had done on the older models and what a wonderful upgrade ! Love the wash bowl too how convenient ! Great for soaking and the steam setting is awesome too ! And it's quiet !!!!!

Even tho we had to wait 4 weeks for washer to be delivered, We were kept well informed by emails about date and time. Everything was as promised and well done by very professional delivery team. Washer does everything it was expected to do and more so we came back to Best Buy and bought matching dryer. Only waited 4 days for delivery so we now have outstanding pair of Samsung appliances. Very pleased!!
