Let me just say I’m 5’8” and have to get on my tippy toes to get everything out of it. Therefore, it’s not for short people!! Lol

Big improvement

My only regret is that I didn't get rid of the front loader sooner. This machine is huge and has cut the number of loads we do in half as well.

I wasn’t sure about a washer that did not have an agitator. But I wanted something that would save me money in the long run. I opted to have it delivered and the delivery was on time. The guy gave me a run through how to use it and was very knowledgeable. The buying process was also great.

I had no problems with the older unit but Samsung is sending me a rebate for half of the cost of a new one which is an upgrade to the last one. Geek Squad delivery kept me informed, was punctual, polite and efficient. Overall, a very good experience!

They stopped making that one, which I loved, and I needed the biggest model I could find. This is much louder than my old machine - you can hear it throughout the house. It's also taller with a deeper drum - I'm 5'3" and can't reach items at the bottom of the machine without almost getting in it and then I hit my head when I lean out on the soaking sink. I'll be saving up for a front loader...

I don’t have a utility sink, so the soaking tub helps a lot. This machine is very tall, I am 5’8” and struggle getting things from the bottom of the machine. I do not have a drawer. But use a step stool to reach in so I don’t hit my head on the wash basin, otherwise this washer is amazing.

I was really happy they made it in the black stainless and also that it was a top loader. The top loader does make the clothes ring and tie together a bit but that's the nature of having a top loader. The product does what it has to while looking god at the same time.
