I was really happy they made it in the black stainless and also that it was a top loader. The top loader does make the clothes ring and tie together a bit but that's the nature of having a top loader. The product does what it has to while looking god at the same time.

It has all of the features I wanted plus the hand wash feature. I wanted the black stainless but the same model in white was less expensive elsewhere. At Best Buy I found the black stainless for less than the white. I think it is gorgeous and fulfills my washing machine needs.

Been using for a year and it holds a lot of clothes, no problems, cleans good really like this machine.

I love the soaking sink, the water from the sink does not sit in the bottom of the drum. There are so many different settings to choose from. I would recommend getting the set, with the dryer. The amount you can wash in one load cannot be handled in an older dryer; it would take 3 times to dry something.

I have noticed that with large loads, the rinse doesnt seem to always be that great and there may be some cat hair, etc left behind, but I have never had a top loader, so that just might what happens when draining.

It's so quiet and the settings are easy to use which takes the guesswork out of things. The only issue I have is how deep it is... I'm 5ft so I have to use a footstool to get all the clothes out but no biggie!
