So far it has been awesome. It’s quiet and I love the sink inside. I have a baby so I presoak a lot of her clothes. The only con I would say is it’s very deep so it’s hard to get everything out. I am 5’7’’ and I have to get up on my tippy toes.

The design is really slick and modern. It has been doing a great job so far. Took a star off as the finger resistant feature is not 100%. I see fingerprints of sometimes. But otherwise good machine.

Samsung does not cover and neither does Geek Squad! Samsung needs to recall! There should be a lawsuit! This is 4 years old. We have had this issue for a couple years and I finally took it apart to clean. Still have mold after scrubbing everything

I LOVE this washer! it’s a must have and it’s so up to date. If you’re going to even spend money on a washer you might as well buy this one because you won’t regret it.

We changed to this top loader and although I have to tilt into it to get some of the clothes out it is wonderful. I have dogs that need their paws wiped when they come in from the rain and the top tub works great for getting those muddy towels clean!

Sometimes when the clothes have dirt on them the tub will have dirt in it after the wash is complete. Also no clean out that I am aware of. If pump clogs I will be changing the pump most likely.
