I love my new washer and dryer! Every easy to use!

So far so good but I have only had it for a short time. Hugh capacity! It is very deep . Easy to use but haven't used the steam/ prewash option.

liked the idea of this large washer. it lasted me only 3 1/2 years after only using approved he detergents and never over filling it! Never even warned me of anything, didn’t throw a code- just quit spinning. How disappointing!!

only have had for 2 weeks so far the features are great. Just didn't like that I had to buy a steam kit with extensions to connect the dryer to the washer water outlet so I can use the steam feature on the dryer due to my washer and dryer is not side by side.

Washes clothing great! Many wash functions to choose from for all types of materials to lifestyle activities. I really like the soaker basin. May not use it all the time but it is great to have when you have those food spills when eating on the go.

Perfect Electric washer for a small/medium family of 4-6 persons. It comes with many features including smart sensing of the clothes weight and wash mode selection and also has steam sanitization options. It also comes with an active wash bin with cold water inlet to handwash delicate clothes or to remove the stains prior to the regular wash. Its located on the 2nd floor of my house and doesn't have vibrations even when washing heavy loads like a king-size comforter. It comes with VRT technology to suppress vibrations of the drum. It's been a year and so far I have been happy with the performance.

Great washer, I really like the add water feature incase of a heavier load. Clothes don’t get a lot of wear or color loss.

We've only used it a few times since buying it but I love it. The alerts are awesome, it's not too noisy and the capacity is just was we needed. I love the look. Happy purchaser!

Already got it for a month, yet havent tried all the options as this thing comes loaded with many. Super easy to use, super quite.

for as big as it is, it is a very quiet washer and washes antyhing you through into it. My wife is short and she has to have a step stool in order to reach the clothes at the bottom of the drum.

Great washer but extremely deep So it makes it difficult to reach all the way to the bathroom to get the clothes out once the washing cycle is complete. The quality of washing and then amount of clothes you can fit it in is great

So far so good. Washer works very well. Quiet, efficient, and nice capacity. Longevity is the question. Very satisfied as of now.

This machine does an excellent job on our laundry, it does take longer then a traditional washer but have to consider it does not have an agitator and the size of the drum is probably close to twice the size as a normal washer when you consider it has no agitator. The only down side I can find is that the spin cycle is at a lower RPM and frequently large loads may need to be run through the spin cycle for additional time to get the larger loads a little more dryer before transferring but overall this is a nice machine at a great price point considering we purchased it on sale and got a great price on the set.

Love the size and how easy it is but I’ve only had it a year and it always says the drum is unbalanced.

This is the top of the line washer Samsung offers. It has all the features you would want out of a washer. It saves on water by sensing how much water to fill automatically. Also saves on detergent. Preset dial offers the choice when loading as to what type of clothing you are loading.

The quality should easily make the cost $1,200. It really is an amazing washer. I was skeptical about it being great because it was under $700, but it really is phenomenal. The different styles of wash and pre-wash really puts it over the top!

I love this washer it does everything thing that I need it to. It wash everything so well and is very quiet. I highly recommend it.

Washer is great but dont take the coupons they give you with the washer to the store expecting to get money off for buying 3 expensive soap products. I did and they threw it back at me and said they expired some time back. Kind of embarassing. And 32$ expense Outside of that the washer works fine!
