No disappointment in my purchase. I was not sure about choosing Samsung for a washing machine I was looking more traditional Maytag or Whirlpool but what they offered on this set for price I was satisfied.

We enjoy Samsung products and we are pleased with the quality of this washer. It looks awesome in the laundry room with the matching dryer. I would purchase this washer again.

Very nice appliance. Will purchase Samsung again. Haven’t tried the steam option yet. But very happy with how it’s washing. Like the diffErrant settings for whites, bedding etc.

Really large capacity makes it nice to wash big loads, It can be a little difficult to get things out of the very bottom of the washer though, since it is so deep.

It is very quiet and washes cloths well. The only thing I don’t love, is the cycles are fairly long.

Works well with regular detergent. Clothes were still coming out soiled when I used tide pods. Not sure whether this is reflective of the detergent or machine.

Upgrade from my old ancient washer. Doubles the amount of room and I am very happy to be back to a top load. So far there have been no issues and it is a significant upgrade from my old one.

Love my new Samsung washer. Its very quiet and holds a lot! Love all the different settings as well. Best washer we've ever owned!

I purchased this as a gift for someone who connected it in her kitchen. She raved about how "attractive" the machine is. That's great considering it's not tucked away in a closet.

Satisfied with the purchase. Good size machine, holds more clothes than I imagined.

So, the previous generation of this washer, was recalled due to them exploding. Yes, the tops would blow off the friggin things! Samsung finally offered a rebate on those suckers (like me) that had a bomb in our laundry room, which led to purchase the new, improved, non-exploding version. This one is slightly bigger and has the steam feature, which is handy. This sucker is DEEP as well. I'm over 6 foot tall and can barely reach the bottom of the drum. Happy with purchase so far.

Loving my set so far. It does what it’s supposed to in a quiet efficient way.

I run an Airbnb so I am washing massive amounts of towels and bedding. My other washing machine couldn't cut it. I love this washer!!! So quiet even when filled with all those towels, etc. Highly recommend.

The only negative comment is that the tub is too deep. We have to use a gripper or get on a ladder to get the small clothes from the bottom of the tub.

The machine has worked as hoped. The only issue is that the clothes seem to get tangled more than with a front load machine. However, we're happy to have gotten rid of the front-load mildew issues.

Reliable and quiet. It is very deep and I hit my head on the wash basin when I reach to the bottom. I wish there were a way to remove the sink because I don't think I'll ever need or use it.

I love love love it! I purchased this because of the recall Samsung had done on the older models and what a wonderful upgrade ! Love the wash bowl too how convenient ! Great for soaking and the steam setting is awe

Looks good, works good, & has lots of capacity. I really like the built in scrubbing board and water spout feature are great for pre-treating. The water spout is nice to rinse the detergent cups out in since they don't make normal bottles anymore. Note: You should try to reach in to the bottom before buying though. It's pretty deep. The installer could reach a paper that was in it. I'm 5'11" & wouldn't mind if the bottom were a few inches higher although that's where it gets the capacity. Just be aware. Cons: 1 - I started a load this morning and rinsed the detergent out, then accidentally hit the power button instead of the start button. I guess because I had rinsed the cup out, the machine decided it needed to "drain" the tank (of 1 oz of water) and I couldn't stop it, restart it, or anything for about 2 minutes when it stopped trying to drain a dry washer. 2 - Hard to believe that *Samsung* didn't integrate it with wifi or Bluetooth so that you can check the status & more. 3 - No way to change the "buzzer" to a useful tone. The wake & sleep chimes are OK, but a waste of effort. The "I'm finished" chime completely misses the point. You will not ever hear that through a door, let alone through a door across the house.
