We really like this washer. It is much quieter than the Samsung model it replaced. You do have to read the manual and follow the start up directions or it may not fully fill with enough water. I saw other people complain about the fill. You have to calibrate it. Sometimes it really twists up clothes which is annoying.

It’s an awesome washer for people who are tall. This washer works real good and looks outstanding. The only thing is that it’s too high to reach inside the tub.

I had a washer just like this, earlier version, 5 yrs ago. This model is better in a few ways. Great washer machine.

I have been using this washer dryer for few months now. Works very good, not much noise and easy to operate. Not sure if the steam drying is much useful but a feature that is available. Also note that if you are 5'6" or short it is bit difficult to pick up cloths from washer. It is higher than regular ones, but its size is really good. Washer doesnt have anything in the middle which makes it easy to use for bedding.

I love the Washer, the matching dryer was on back order then eventually refunded. Had to buy it from another vendor but love this washer.

First off, I love this washer. You have so many different options, from washing large loads, because of the size of the washer and the different cycles you can choose from. I like the little song it Plays at the end to let you know the load is complete. Only 4 stars for now because I’ve only had it for a month, so still testing everything out. But so far so good.

Absolutely in love with this washer. I love the pre wash sink. I habe been using it a good bit. I am 5'5" reaching the bottom is not a problem for me like some have mentioned.

It works great. It is all we expected. The installation techs were in a rush and did not have the right tools. Install will give 0 star’s

I like the feature of the spray. I find myself using it more and more. A good washer lasts the test of time so too early to tell.

Has worked amazing up till now. Surface scratches easily outside and I would have liked more space for clothes but it works fine

This washer is huge! Fit two full baskets with room to spare. Quiet and reliable.

The wash basin is huge! Easy to operate and change settings, my boyfriends clothes used to always come out still having that mechanic smell. Not anymore! I use the sanitize setting and they come out with a fresh and clean smell! Note: steam setting takes over 2 hours I think it sits in the steam for a while..but it's totally worth it!

we love out first week with the dryer. the guys who dropped it off we’re the best! they made sure i had what i needed. great team!!

This is an excellent washing machine. The only "complaint" is how deep it is. I have to get a step stool to reach the bottom.
