It was important to me, that I could wash my KS comforters and feel confident they were clean and rinsed well. Prewash faucet and option of using less water or a tub full of water is great. It's not a problem, but most people will need a stool or a grab-it, to get to the bottom of washer. So far, so great.

In particular, the wash basin at the top is perfect for pretreating stains (especially since we don't have a laundry room sink) and the large capacity was perfect for washing our queen comforter (our last washer destroyed a previous comforter).

Very happy with this purchase. I haven't read the manual yet, so I have a feeling I'm going to be even happier about this product once I figure out all the extra funky stuff it offers!

Im short the washer is deep I have a step stool to reach in to get things out but, I love I wash less because of the depth of the washer.
