My clothes are coming out much cleaner than I was getting with my 10-year machine and with the laundry mat. I like the many different cleaning options I can choose. The steam cleaning is something that I wanted as I have pets. Using HE soap saves me on water usage and soap. I feel it was a good value for what I paid.

The washer works fine, but keep in mind that it's very deep, and therefore hard to reach to the bottom (I'm 5'6"). I'd say that unless you're 6' tall, you might want to get a front loader if you want this large of a tub.

We chose high efficiency to ease burden on well and septic. The large loads are a very nice feature. Happy with performance of this machine.

I love this washer! The little sink is perfect for soaking spotted items then it's so easy to lift the lid/sink and watch the item slide into the washer without a mess! The washer as lots of options for washing large bulky items like a bed comforter as well as small loads, quick and easy.

Recommended, Samsung washer and dryer are the best in the market. Very happy with the product.

Great washer, the plastic panel is cool but only if you need to hand wash if not you dont need this model

This washing machine has a lot of features. I'm so glad I got a top load...I will never get a front load again! Not sure yet if I'm in love with the pre-treating shelf, haven't needed to use it and it kinda makes adding detergent a little more difficult, but not too bad. If you pre treat stains a lot, you'll like this machine.

It's big and can handle a large wash. Also has good features.

This is a very good washing machine that is very quiet and efficient

I’m still learning how to use this wash. So far, I’m pleased with the quality. The tub is so big that I can wash two loads at once. This has cut my laundry time in half. I’m also pleased with the cleanliness of the clothes because it uses so much less water. All-in-all, it’s a very nice machine.

The pre wash feature is amazing for recent stains and there are settings for every need. It's amazingly quiet and has been kind on the energy bill.

Good washer but you have to read the book about how it works. a little hard to level out.

This has a really deep tub and lots of options for cleaning. It runs very quiet - performance wise it is top of the line! On the downside, it uses a lot of plastic parts on the top. Our old Maytag was all metal from top to bottom and the lid stayed open even at an angle, This one the lid is plastic - which I guess makes sense for most or part of it because you can see into the top, but it does feel a little fragile, and the detergent container slides out from the back of the washer but seems pretty cheap. The lid you have to have all the way back at an angle or it will close on you. Also, since the lid has to be all the way back, if it is not, you are basically holding the lid up while you try to pour detergent in the holder in the back of the washer.

Purchased this for my daughter. The was basin is ideal with quick clean up jobs and love the overall look of the washer Very sleek

The only down side I see right now is the same fact that several other women noticed, was that it is hard for shorter women to get to the bottom of the washer to remove socks and small items. I did have to purchase a small step stool to be able to reach in the bottom. I do like how it washes my clothes and have no other complaints.

This washer is the first top loader I’ve owned. I like it a lot. I holds so much. I’m able to add things I’ve forgotten during the cycle. It has every setting imaginable for a specific type of wash. A fast wash to save on time, a pre-soak that’s great heavily soiled or odor filled articles. Energy efficient!

The washer it self it's just quite and it does a very good job.

Love my washer. It does everything as it stated. People who do not like these types of washers, just haven't used them correctly. This one is deep and washers big loads in smaller amount of time than my previous washer. It's awesome and I am very happy with it.
