The delivery was within the time frame I was given. The driver called when they were 30 minutes away to let me know they'd be arriving shortly. Both of the delivery men were very nice and friendly. And very professional. They asked if I had any questions and answered the few questions that I had. Made sure I had the manual. They started the machine to run with just water. They said I was good to do laundry as soon as the washer ran the cycles. They removed my old machine also. All in all it was a very good experience. I will do business with Best Buy again. We've had nothing but good luck with Best Buy. Thank you.

It is worth the money, but I wished I had listened to the review stating how deep it was. I wanted to a machine that would provide the ability to was large comforters and blankets, and this size does it. I can actually was more than two comforters together in a single wash. But it is extremely deep for a 5'5' person.

Great machine but if you are 5' 2" you WILL NOT reach the bottom without a step stoop...LOL

It's quiet and it efficiently washes the clothes by weighing the load. If the load is off balance, it pauses for you to fix it instead of making that typical noise. This size, however, might be better for a taller person. I'm 5'2" and must almost crawl in to get the remaining load out.

Install was terific. Great job good good good. Just trying to get the characters that this stupid thing requires

I woukd totally reccommend this set to everyone. They are so easy to use.

I like all the features of this machine. The push button selector is much easier to use than the recalled machine.

I love this washer. I'd give it 5 stars, but my need for a stool in order to reach the items at the bottom of the barrel results in 4 stars. I'm 5'-2". If you're older, or height-challenged like me, you may want to consider another machine. I love the soaking basin. I've used it several times to presoak stained items of clothing.

I like my new washing machine. I especially like the steam cycle. It helps with my work clothes.

So far I have absolutely no complaints. I love this machine. It's got a huge capacity so it cut down on the number of loads I do a lot. I have two young boys and with my husband and I we go through a lot of clothes. I love the pre treat sink and the fact that I can use the steam option on the really dirty stuff.

Does what it needs to. Scrubbing board and steam options are nice options to have. The drum is a little deep.

I purchased this unit to replace one that was on it's way out and this one is a world apart better. The wash cycle is much faster than my previous unit and the clothes come out even cleaner. I previously had a smaller top load Samsung for reference.
