    Working great so far. Purchased this unit because my old one was one of the recalled washers. This system is easy to use. Only semi con is the deep tub. My wife can barely reach to the bottom to get clothes out.

    I like the washer way better than the dryer. I have washed large loads and have not had balance issues. Only con-the alarm that goes off when the cycle is finished-it’s INSANELY long and so annoying. Way overkill.

    I love this machine, so happy to have chosen this model. Large capacity is handy. There is only one negative thing and I am tall enough for it not to be a problem, but it is hard for shorter people to empty the drum. I would buy this machine again, love it.

    I chose this washer for its large capacity and have been using it now for a month. I would give it 5 stars if it were not for the built-in basin. It is really of no use and it hinders access to the soap dispensers.

    there are 5 of us in the house and this washer is awesome because it can hold very large loads. What used to take 3 or 4 in my old washer now is done in one. Also it plays chimes and songs when it is done instead of the annoying buzzer of others.

    At first I was worried about washing Bed sheets, jeans , Waterproof items....but this washer machine is a CHAMP ! if you thinking of getting this Washer Machine for a big family it is 10000% worth it.
