Really liked this washer until I got it in my house. I am 5'4'' and I could not reach into the bottom 3'' of the tub. Can't imagine putting this on a pedestal. Had to send it back.

We have been very satisfied, with this washer. We also bought a samsung dryer as well. The washer has been great, no issues. We have had it for few years now.

I love this washer! Great for all size loads, including bedding. The only thing I’d say though, not really a negative, but it’s so deep I need a step stool to reach the bottom!

This washer is quiet and wonderful. The only problem I have is the washtub is so deep I have to stand on a step stool to reach the clothes on the bottom. Otherwise, a great product.

Has not yet exploded. Bonus points for that. We got this washer as a replacement for the recalled exploding washers from Samsung in 2017. So far this its working really well. It seems more solid and well built. As for the "sink" feature, it works as advertised but we really haven't had need to use it much. It seems like a good idea, and in an clothes washing emergency, having access to water where you normally wouldn't is very useful. Your mileage may vary on the value of the sink. For us, we could have lived without it. All in all, its pretty decent, clothes are always clean. not sure you can ask for more.

We replaced our 13 year old washer with this one. It has a large capacity and you can vary all the settings. Does take longer than the old washer but the clothes get clean.

The pulsator at the bottom of the tub collects gunk that is impossible to remove due to the two-piece design of the part. There is a white plastic frame under the stainless agitator, and gunk collects in the space between these pieces, with no way to properly clean or remove this nasty stuff! I've had this unit for 18 months (performing self-cleaning regularly) and have had to disassemble to clean the interior twice. Samsung has sent a tech to replace the pulsator, but the replacement part has the same issue. Unfortunately I will be looking to purchase a different unit to replace this piece of garbage.

Exactly what we were looking for! Several wash options, large, can hold a comforter, saves on overall water usage. Would recommend.

Got the washer and installed about a month ago now, haven't had any issues and works excellent. Do wish the cycles were a little shorter but with the capacity it makes up for it.

I absolutely LOVE this machine. It handles all that this rather busy household has to throw at it. I also like the handwashing basin.

Definitely satisfied with this product. So many options for wash cycles and can wash way bigger loads than a regular washer.

This washer is everything we needed. It is large and cleans well. Almost to large sometimes. I need a stepstool to get in to get all the clothes. Haven't had any issues with it.

This machine holds several loads of clothes at once. It takes lots of water but your clothes smell cleaner with this machine. Hard to reach the bottom if your vertically challenged like myself.

Works great! Looks like it might not churn the clothes enough to clean them but it does. I put a heavy blanket in there and it turned out great. It is just a bit loud.

Nice machine, large capacity and the sanitize mode is awesome. I also like that you have a wash basin and water.

I love doing my laundry now especially with this washer its so nice to be able to handwash clothes with out it being a hassle

I absolutely love this question machine! Very large capacity and so many washing options! The water jet is awesome for pretreating and hand washing!

Love this washer..easy to use and does it’s job! Price was cheaper than the side losing washers, but this is just as good

We have put our Samsung washer to the test. Replaced a Cabrio that seem to have computer issues. We have dogs. This washer has. It let us down! Huge capacity

This has been an awesome washing machine for my family. It's got great capacity for a growing family, easy to use and at a great price too. Only thing I'll mention is that it's a bit challenging to reach all the way to the bottom if you're a short person. My wife is 5'3 and has to really reach down to get the last few items at the bottom. Not a huge concern for us but could be for others.
