I'm taking 1 star away is because it is difficult to reach the bottom of the machine to pull the laundry out. I am 5'4" and use a step stool. My entire torso is down in the machine to get the laundry from the bottom. If you are able to do that or if you are taller, it's a great machine. It would be difficult for someone shorter than me or someone with a disability that may not be able to bend all the way down into the machine.

Off balance and not for short people

Large capacity was what i wanted but the balance issue is very frustrating if i have large loads. Also, I'm short so getting the last of the items in the bottom requires a long-handled pliers but thats not a flaw per se, just height related.

Best Buy sales price was awesome! Excellent Features and a lot of possible cycles and options, including steam and we love the scrubbing and soaking sink. Our prior LG oftentimes gave us the off-balance error, so far so good on this one...auto-balance sensing and features are more of a pain than a benefit...have had it happen on this unit also. Washes fast and is quiet...and of course the always familiar Samsung jingle once cycle completes.
