Works well But its a pain when there are heavy items it seems to go unbalanced Cleans well,

Very large washer inside. Sleek design and does a great gob even on the heaviest of loads

This washer was a perfect replacement for my previous front loader. The wash tub is gigantic and saves me from doing extra loads.

Easy to use. Looks great and does a great job. Only thing is it is very deep, so it you are short, you might have problems reaching to the bottom of the washer.

Haven’t had any issues. Love the self clean and low noise of the machine even the song telling you the load is finished is fun

This replaced a Samsung that wasn’t 5 years old snd had literally everything but the motor replaced snd still wasn’t fixed. The matching washer had bern replaced twice and finally was exchanged for an LG that matches this dryer. I love them both! There is a total world of difference between Samsung and LG! The only drawback with the dryer is the light doesn’t come on every time you open the door, only if the power is on or if the cycle just ended.

It’s okay not what was expecting but I don’t if is because I have not read the entire instructions. Don’t dry completely and when is dry I can’t put it dry again

I really like the easy way to program and choose between cycles, the hand wash feature is helpful and cleans well.

This item is very efficient and runs so smoothly, The size is perfect for comforters and heavy duty items.

I had a Samsung washer that was recalled 2 years ago and this was the replacement I chose. My clothes get nice and clean & it has a lot of washing options including a deep wash that I love for bulky items or blue jeans. The wash cycle is relatively quiet, until it starts to drain. I think the water drain pump makes a lot of noise so I would recommend this washer type for a laundry room not next to a bedroom if you like to run loads at night.

I really like this washer. It has many cycle options and I like how I can scrub minor accidents right at the top of the washer

Glad I Got this Machine it works wonders and is big enough for me to do a weeks worth of work clothes and get them really clean.

Great washing machine!! I love the capacity it gas and it washes without destroying the clothes. The clothes come out super clean. I enjoy washing clothes.

Washes good but not like the washer with the twisting tub. But it is nice and quiet.

Large capacity which is good. Not dependable for a quick wash, everything takes at least an hour. Not able to set for small vs large loads.

Washer looked impressive, opted to do install myself upon doing so found out washer came with water. Tried to get an answer from Best Buy my efforts ⁰to find why this was in a brand new unit was futile! Ended up taking the delivery guy who was an independent third party delivery person as some manufacturers do this. Decided to keep unit hoping it wasnt used. In order to balance washing machine i had to almost stick out all the adjustable front legs! This was a problem I am 5'4" and could barely reach inside tube after this was not happy, the final straw was when it couldn't even wash off a yogurt stain from my toddlers shirt. Sent it back and purchased an LG. Too bad it didn't wash well and of course the other irritating issues and Best Buy please be more informed about what you are selling! I called at least six times and spent half a day trying to get answers. What a waste of my time.

I purchased base units and they specifically say Steam so it's amazing nobody installs bees sting hose. Which I paid for it and they left with.
