However, it's deep. I suppose I need to figure out a way to get my clothes out of the washer when it's finished. If you're looking for a deep, efficient washer this is for you. It holds a lot of clothes at a time. It pre-soaks; has a ton of modes, and it's cute.

The drum is insanely big. My clothes all come out clean. I use it for my king size bedding and have absolutely zero issues cleaning it since it does not have an agitator for things to get torn up by. I love that I can pre soak some of those tougher type stains and then pour it all in the drum and let it wash out! Seriously one of my favorite purchases as an adult.

Nice high capacity washer

I probably would have been just as happy with a lower featured model. The presoak washtub, while a nice feature every so often, gets in the way. The tub is so deep that you constantly bump your head on the presoak tub when removing cleaned laundry. Seems to clean laundry well. Haven't figured out how to adjust wash cycles yet as some times you can and then you cant! So not the most intuitive interface.
