I was used to my old whirlpool.. Once I mastered it, I found it was not as complicated as K thought. (I was beginning to wonder if I really knew how to run a machine). I love it. The only complaint I have is it is taller than my old one,.so, I cannot reach the bottom of the tub to get all of my laundry out. My husband got me a step stool to master my problem.

I have been using it for about 4 weeks and I am very happy with it's performance. The controls allow for a multitude of settings and washing capabilities. It works well on large and small loads. The only negative thing for me is it is very deep and can be a little difficult to get clothes out of the very bottom without really reaching.
