    We’ve only used for a couple of days but it seems to be working just fine. It is a bigger unit and we like that. We would like to see how this holds up after 5 years. If it does hold up it would be worth the money we spent to replace the older model we had.

    I love everything about this washer. One thing I kept reading in reviews was if you’re short, it’s hard to reach the bottom. Which I totally agree with! I’m 5’9 and while I can still reach, I can see how it would be difficult for shorter people. That would be my only concern if you’re on the shorter side!

    Nice looking washer, however we are getting a lot of residue (white and brown) on our clothes after washing. We've tried the self cleaning cycles. A few online searches of the issue have made it clear its a common issue. Trying one more method that I found on their support page. If that doesn't work I am going to begin requesting service
