Has a lot of great features and really easy to use.

We replaced a very old Maytag washer that could no longer handle an unbalanced load and stay in one place. So far, we have not had any unbalance problems with this washer. We hoped to get a rebate based on the rated efficiency of this washing machine, but it appears that rebates are only given to front loading Samsung washers, and we did not want a front loader - so no rebate.

I like the washer capacity. I also like that I can see inside while it is washing

This is a Great washing machine. It is very user friendly.

My wife and I needed a new washer so we purchased this one. It had the best reviews at the time so we made the plunge. Only negative thing I can say about this washer is that the sanitize mode takes over two hours to run. Makes a very long laundry day if you want to use this mode on every load. Other than that, clothes, towels, bed sheets, etc. come out very clean.

Switch hed from a front loader to this machine and couldn't be happier.

Awesome washer love Samsung products best washer ever

This is a great product, excellent options. My only problem with it is it is way to deep, I can not reach my clothes on the bottom of the wash tub. It should come with an item grabber tool so the average height person can use it with ease. I suffer lower back problems and wish I purchased something much smaller.

Best washer we have owned. Has a pre-rinse and sensors to indicate moisture. Awesome!

A large capacity, so were washing larger loads and less of them with this lg capacity.

My view is a little biased because this is my first machine. But here goes: the machine runs very well. It isn't the quietest machine when the water is filling and it is "figuring" itself out but the duration of machine wash is very quiet. I haven't used the steam function since it has a long cycle run. I have used the activewash and it's awesome!

I wish there was ZERO star rating; it is a very bad machine; I think it does not move/spin during the wash cycle. The problem I cannot open the door" once the cycle start, but I find the clothes are in it is place; what I put in the bottom stay in the bottom; and what I place on the top stays on the top as nothing is happening except I hear the noise that it is working but I do not think so. Anther that makes me think that it is not moving the clothes is the softer; only the top clothes that smell good; others do smell the softener at all. I really do not recommend it and I wish I can return it but I will call the customer service to complain. it is a waste of a lot of money to buy such bad washer

Cleans well and it looks great. My family loves it.
