Wish the hand wash part that is attached to the lid could be removed because other than that this is a great washing machine.

I love Samsung electronics however i had my doubts about the laundry pair, i have had them 9 months and they keep up with my family of 6! My husband and 2 boys have lots of dirt, it's no problem with this machine

Other than that the only downfall to this washer is if you’re shorter than 5’7 you will have a hard time reaching to the bottom of the barrel to get clothes

So far, our biggest complaint is that it's too tall. I'm 5'7 and have to stand on a step stool to get everything out of the tub. And I hit my head on the wash basin every time.

I can put my family's darks in one load and whites in one other load and boom!...a weeks worth of laundry done in one wash cycle. Really works well on tough stains and the sink is a saver - no more scrubbing stains in the bathroom or kitchen. So happy with this purchase.

Very happy with this washing machine so far.

Not necessarily a negative, but the tub is VERY deep and could be hard for some people to unload.

Had to exchange mine before the first year due to an internal leak. Other than that I love the size. High tech item.
