We chose this option because it has a basket in the top to hand wash items in before you throw them in the wash... works great with a water filling option there also.. worth every penny.

Bought open box, scratched/damaged, took home myself for total purchase under $400!!!! Was missing a part, called the next day and was told to come in for replacement part from floor model. Works great. No complaints.

Very deep tub. My wife could not reach the bottom.

It's super quiet, and easy to use. The only thing I would comment on is it's really tall so if you're vertically challenged like me, you'll need a stool to get everything out of the bottom.

This machine is awesome. Deliveryman were great when I brought the washer. Installation went nicely. Didn’t expect it to be so deep I have to get a pair of tongs to get my clothes out of the bottom. Otherwise great machine thank you very much.

Its big but dosent spin well when it comes to washing blankets im disappointed not what i was expecting

Great experience thus far using this. Having a built in sink is great especially to treat stains. Also Great to have that option if you’re wanting to gently hand wash Your kids stuffed animals or if you have a newborn that has blowout accidents.

Love my new dryer, it is huge and works great. As someone who is only 5’2” though it is a little difficult to grab clothes from the bottom of the barrel. Overall the machine works well and looks nice.

Purchased 5/16/2020 broken 7/7/2020... Samsung says my warranty expired in April of 2020 but the washer wasn't purchased until May of 2020. The warranty is good on my dryer that was purchased the same day until 5/31/2020. What gives Samsung? Why won't you honor the warranty? Bestbuy, whats up with either selling such old stock that this can occur or more likely something shady happened and "creative" inventory measures allowed this to happen. Not cool Samsung! Not cool at all Bestbuy.

Purchased the new washer to replace one I had that needed repairs (another brand). Afterwards I read many negative reviews about the machine that I purchased but none was founded. Really great machine with all the bells and whistles needed to keep a family with super clean clothing

The attached hand-wash tray can clip to the lid to keep out of the way, and there is a water jet that will spray directly into the tray when down to help you wash more delicate items. The self-cleaning mode is plenty helpful, and includes a steam clean.

This is a great machine, with options for all types of loads. It cleans the clothes well, but is gentle on the materials. The only issue I have is the depth of the tub. I am not tall and I need to use a grabber to get smaller items from the bottom.

So far I like this machine. Does a great job on delicates. Not as quiet as i expected. Hard to reach the bottom of the washed but I have a step stool so no problem. It is very easy to use. Intuitive display. Back lit and easy to see.

Great looking appliance. Lots of features. Easy to use. Only problem it is a bit tall, my wife cannot reach to the bottom of the washtub to get the clothes out at the end of the cycle. She has to use a step stool.

I did alot of research before buying this washer.it has 13 different cycles for all types of clothes. It's definitely worth the money a great deal.

Love my washer! It's big! I can fit my king size comforter in it and it washes great!. I do have to use a step stool to get smaller things out of the bottom of it. I am 5'2. The drum of this washer is big!

Not having to guess what size load to pick is great! We love the smart fill technology. It takes out all of the guess work. This washer also fits all of our king size bedding in one load! We couldn't be happier with our purchase.

This was a replacement washing machine for the recalled Samsung one. There was nothing wrong with the first machine other than the recall. So far, I have no complaints other than I sometimes hit my head on the soaking tub and I have to stand on tiptoes to reach the bottom of the tub.

Love Samsung products (have their phones, TVs, tablets, etc.) but this was my first washer I bought from them and was surprised how loud it gets when spinning the water out of the tub. Great features and like the 'steam' option to clean clothes.

Bought this for my mother for mother's day gift and she could not be anymore happier. She has an old school one with springs in middle and though this one would not wash clothes good, but she was wrong and it does better job.
