We needed a new washing machine ASAP it’s such an amazing washing machine and when they delivered it they were familiar with it and how to use it. They gave us tips! The women who helped us was awesome and doing wash is so easy!

It's a great standard washer for a small family. Has some bells and whistle like Steam Clean but other than that it's pretty basic. Be careful washing bedding because it can't spin with a lot of weight.

I like the washer so far, the only complaint is, that the drum is so deep its difficult to get all the clothes out, I'm 5'5". So I keep a step stool near the washer so I can grab the very bottom items.

Our washer but the dust and we got a great floor model deal with an extra discount if we took it home that day. We haven’t regretted it since. The tub is deep and I’m short so it does make it hard to reach the bottom but nothing a stool can’t fix.

We got the washer and dryer set and haven’t had any issues since they have arrived, definitely a good bang for your buck if you are not wanting to spend a lot on a washer and dryer set.

I would like to thank best buy. My previous washer which was less then a year old and also a samsung stopped working. Luckily I bought the geek squad protection, they found the recall and ordered me a new one. Won't buy anything without geek squad.

Works great! Only complaints would be when washing a heavy but not a large load item. Definitely makes the load unbalanced, might be because its top-loading.

I appreciate all of the different wash settings you can have on this washer. My only complaint is that the drum is so deep that a shorty like me has to use a step stool to reach to the bottom.

Absolutely in love with this washer. It has worked amazing with no problems! I absolutely love the top prewash tray, as my husband is a Paramedic/ Firefighter and constantly gets stuff on his clothes. It is a life saver!

I love the companion dryer so much that the criticism of the washer is more disappointing. The washer itself is great when in use, I haven't has the opportunity to use the single item basi nat the top yet. But what I have come across is the compartment use for loading the detergent is awkwardly placed. You have to ope n the basin to properly access it and you need to be mindful to close it before putting down the machine lid. Also, given the size of the tub, you'd think it would have a larger washing capacity but that isn't the case. As long as you keep those 2 things in mind you'll be very satisfied with this washing machine.

I love this washer. It has a upper compartment which you can wash or soak things in. I love the way it tells me with a musical song that it is finished.

works great and has a ton of settings. my wife is about 5'3'' and has a hard time reaching clothes at the bottom of the washer because its so big and deep so if you're short beware, works fine for me though.

Works pretty well. When washing a lot of heavy clothes or towels it can struggle. Wash cycles take longer than I would expect as well. Overall I am happy with the washer. Excellent granular control of wash options is nice.

It is deeper than I am used to. Good thing I am tall so I can stretch and reach to the bottom of the drum for the smaller clothes. Have not been able to make some minor adjustments with the buttons but am still working on figuring things out.

It is a large load washer but I didn't expect it to be so deep. I am 5ft 5in and I have to stand on a step stool to get the clothes from the bottom of the washer

I wouldve said excellent but the only issue I’m having is that it’s so big that I cannot reach all the way in to grab all of the clothes . Other than that it’s great

I just had my previous washer go down and the price for this washer wasn't bad for all it does. The drum is so big you could fit anything in there and do large loads. Strongly suggest this washer if you want the versatility without paying thousands of dollars.

Large tub but cannot get maximum use. I feel that tub should hold more laundry but water does not fill/ cover large amounts of clothes. Works perfectly with small loads.

I feel like this unit is too loud with respect to its drain and spin cycle. if you have this unit far from any possible rooms you sleep in then it is good, if not, then it will be loud!

Have had this machine for one month and am really liking it much better than our previous front loading one! However, if you are shorter than 5'7", you may not be able to reach all the way to the bottom of the deep machine to retrieve your clothes!
