Only critique I would give is I am 5'3 and I have to use a hanger to get my clothes out of the bottom of washer. I just got a stool in today so hopefully that will help.

Not a bad purchase

Gets in the way of filling up detergent and isn't really used and when you go to get your clothes out you hit your head on it

Only downside to it is if you are short like me (5'2) then you will need a step stool, or a grabber to get all the way to the bottom.

Geat washer and service

I contacted customer support and they propmtly sent a replacement. The washer itself is wonderful. Quiet wash cycles and ceryclean end product. The best part is no more oder like we had front load washer.

Also, I can see how it might be hard for shorter people to get the clothes at the bottom, but I do not think that is a big enough of an issue to not get this washer.

We love the steam cleaning and the waterproof setting. Out old washer would always go out of balance but this one has never.

I could load 2 comforters and wash them. Also, little tray on the top allows to pre-soak or hand wash on specific spot before wash cycle starts.

Lots of clothes fit and the washer balances automatically.

The machine keeps adjusting the time up, because it may sense an unbalance(?). At this point you are trapped because you can't end the process, you can open the lid, and your clothes are locked inside. Calling Samsung is useless. First after answering all sorts of questions, you know "push 1,2,3 or 4 - and finally when you get a live person, they don't know very much. IN SHORT-we hate this washing machine and truly regret purchasing it.

Our old washer was 5.0 cubic feet. The new one slightly larger at 5.2. Washer works great with no complaints. Lots of features that I am yet to use such as the steam feature.
