The workers that did the installation were really good, professional, they took care of everything even took out the door to walk with the machine without damaging anything. I really recommend the services. And I really recommend this machines.

Washer has lots of cycles to meet any need. Easy to use. Like the “my cycle” feature so you don’t have to go thru all settings for routine wash. Only drawback is washer tub is deep and it’s hard to reach bottom

I really like this washer, in the reviews a lot of people did not like the position of the tray for the washing powder, it doesn't bother me at all. I like the size of the drum. Its a nice addition to my appliances. :)

I’ve had this washer for almost a year. It has worked well. It is very deep. I’m 5’0. I have to use bbq tongs to get the clothes off the bottom. Other then that I’m happy with the purchase

However, it is not designed for a short person, plus the placement of where you put the detergent and softener is not in the idea situations. The extra basket at the top seems to be in the way as well of the washer.

This is our 2nd Samsung with 11+ cycles. We tried smaller less expensive Samsung, but it didn't have the quality. With the Deep wash your clothes do move around. Color cycle is great. Mix different colors.

It is all you need to clean your clothes, with a timer per different settings, locks in for safety, a pleasant sound when the wash is completed. You could not ask for a better wash machine. Thank You Samsung!

Replaced a 4.5 cu.ft. Samsung. This unit has many more features and is extremely quiet. Larger capacity makes it easier to launder bedding and large items. Best Buy installers were outstanding

This Samsung activewash washing machine was purchased with the dryer and it’s a little more complicated than we thought but once we did several washes and got the hang of it it works great, worth the money.

Doesn’t have all of the bells and whistles of the most expensive washer-dryer sets out there. But it is easy to use reliable and works as expected.

I had never owned a washer from Samsung before and was not familiar with their household products. I am so glad that I took a gamble and decided to buy this unit... it's a great buy.

Sometimes when I wash bedding, the washer goes offset and causes the washer to stop. I have to rearrange the load several times to get the wash to complete.

Not sure that the sensor dryer works too well since the dryer has turned off but clothes still wet. Does collect alot of dust and lint easily.

Due to previous safety recall the washer is extremely sensitive to uneven loads, stops frequently. The active wash tub is inconvenient and bulky if you remove it, it completely voids manufacture warranty.

Love my machine and the features associated with it. Haven't had a chance to use the delicate wash yet; but will soon.

This washer did not last more then 2 years. The washer started shutting off throughout the cycle. I had an appliance repair company come to look at it and the control board is done! But the worst thing is the part is no longer available anywhere. Do not buy Samsung appliances!

We've only had it for a few weeks now but it seems to be pretty good. It's what my wife wanted when our old one was going out. And ya know, as long as shes happy....

The only drawback I have come across, is that I appear to be too short to reach all the clothes in the bottom of the tub. I had to get a little inventive, but it keeps me mobile.

I love all of the high cleaning options, very necessary nowadays, with COVID. The only problem is I couldn’t get the app to work with the machine.

The washer has far exceeded our expectations and it also has a quick pre-rinse feature that we didn’t even know avout, bc the actual model wasn’t in the store. Cleans clothes properly and efficiently.
