Nothing, we’re still lost on some things with this washer, it’s last year’s model, it’s overpriced. About ready to return it. Very dissatisfied customer.

Shortly after 1 year warranty was up it started showing error code 8c. Had the sensor replaced but still showing same error. After multiple service calls and about $300 in repair bills, I still don't have a machine that works. Worst appliance I've ever purchased.

You have to run small loads for your clothes to come out somewhat clean. Black clothes come out with lint all over them. Brand new clothes look like garbage due to the amount of lint. I had to throw them out. Samsung has no answer and geek squad doesn’t either. Big waste of money. Basically I’m stuck with a useless machine. Thank you Best Buy for ripping me off!!!!!

I can help with that. When you are washing new clothes, there is going to be lint from the new fabric being washed and you will see this for the first few washes.
