It is still under factory warranty but Samsung is not standing behind their products. And wont help. Ive spoke to the geek squad and he said to call the store that best buy stands behind their products but i cant get thru to the store. This has been a major headache for a week now.

Samsung repair guy ordered parts a month ago and now he says the grinding noises that it is making are normal and he is not installing the parts because it would take a long time. Very displeased with the washer and Samsung in general.
