Great features but.....

I'm 5'7", and I have to keep a step stool by the washer to get the socks out of the bottom. The soaking tub at the top makes leaning over into the tub more difficult to access the bottom of the tub.

It stop working today February 7 2021. I would not recommend this product especially for the over $700 price tag and it’s only been 8 months.

After 5 months of use....

You would think a high capacity washer with Bedding and waterproof cycles was designed to manage unbalanced loads. But not this one! My previous Maytag managed to wash the same things for 9 years and only became unbalanced needing rescue twice. This machine tripled that in one day with 2 loads. Needed constant management and each time you open the machine to adjust it adds 20 more mintes to the cycle! Just an awful design! Dont buy this machine!! laundry nightmare!
