He said the machine was too heavy and he couldn't turn it where I wanted it. He tightened the hose way too tight and cracked it. He walked away and went to his truck leaving the other service guy to move the machine alone. No one helped me program the machine! I need someone to come fix my cracked hose!

I wouldn’t buy it again.

Please refer to your user manual for the troubleshooting steps if the clothes have wrinkles and the laundry is not dry. Turn to pages 92 to 93, " Items still wrinkled after Wrinkle Prevent (Wrinkle Away, Wrinkle Release) and Items are not dried, and Items are not dried evenly."

TECH ARRIVES AND FIRST THING WANTS 50 FOR POWER CORD. WHY DO THEY NOT TELL YOU THIS AT THE STORE. 2ND 30 MINS AFTER INSTALL WATER LEAK, THATS BECAUSE THE TECH DID NOT INSTALL THE PIPES PROPERLY, THEN CUSTOMER SERVICE I SPOKE WITH THOUGHT IT WAS FUNNY AND THEN SAID EARLIEST WILL BE 3 DAYS OUT. AFTER CALLING THE CEO AND PRESIDENT I WAS ABLE TO GET RESOLUTION. BTW DONT BOTHER EMAILING OR CALLING THE CEO BARRY, SHE HIDES BEHIND HER TEAM AND LACK COURAGE AND COMMON DECENCY TO EVEN REPSOND TO THE EAMIL. ATELAST THE PRESIDENT RESPONDED.

Sometimes I don't have time to do both, and for the price, and considering it does two things in one... wow, the best appliance ever! We live such routine lives, and sometimes you forget you put laundry on or didn't turn it on/off... I deserve a little more time, while someone else does it for me, with less effort, simplifying energy consumption, and giving me more time to do other things. Isn't it incredible? I can't wait to get it tomorrow!

Our only slight complaint is the tendency for some wrinkles and no real "steam" setting to remove wrinkles. Other than that, clothes are nice and clean. Machine is very easy to use and we love only having one machine.

However it did come to us scraped pretty badly on the front door of the machine. It has had a few issues not wanting to run both wash and dry together but needed to be balanced to work right. So far it has been a nice addition to our home.

I wish the fabric softener drawer was split in half. That way I could use my rinse or sanitizer. The dryer dries the clothes even when I select more dry but I would like for it dry more.
