So far I have only had the machine for a week. I love the fact that it is a one and done machine. Especially working everyday. Set the machine up to wash and dry and even able to set a time of day for it to complete. Clothes are all dry when I return. If I have an extra heavy load I may have to add a little drying time when the original cycle is done. Hoping I'm as pleased after some time with the machine.

Recently changed from standard front load separate washer and dryer that finally died after 10 years. As we looked for a replacement we discovered this all in one option we weren’t aware even existed and so we decided to give it a chance for convenience reasons. Boy were we happy we did. Phenomenal experience so far. In fact my wife described it as life changing and she has never been so far ahead on laundry as she is now. Being a technology nut I loved all the features like delayed start, numerous washing and drying modes, control through the app, and the automatic detergent and softener dispenser (40 loads worth of detergent can be put in). My wife loved all of those features as well but the game changer was not having to swap the loads from the washer to the dryer and then starting another load and trying to time everything out so that the washer clothes don’t sit and wrinkle etc. We just put the load in and get an estimated time when it will finish and get a notification on our home then we unload and start the next load if needed. You can even load the unit and determine when you want the cycle to end so you can leave and have everything finish when you arrive back home. The average full wash dry cycle is usually around 1 1/2 - 2 hours. The clothes have been washed amazingly well and we go the vented version so our clothes have been completely dried with no issues. Our biggest problem now is what to do with all the extra room in our laundry area. Overall, we highly recommend the Samsung Bespoke washer/dryer combo. It looks great and works even better.

So far, not too impressed. A lot of my frustration comes with the ordering process with the store and getting the wrong pedestal and then the sizing of the unit should be known that you need to add four or five more inches for the back of the washing machine and the hook up. The installation person said I just needed a periscope hook up instead went to purchase that but it sits just as far away from the wall and it periscope needed to be on the same side not facing the wall so that was a frustration as far as the washer and dryer goes it was filled to me as it takes 68 minutes to go through both cycles that is only on a super speed level when you do a normal wash and dry it’s two hours and 22 minutes if not more well sensing the drying. Some of my wash still comes out wet from the dryer so it’s not sensing it completely. I am used to a larger washer and dryer so I don’t know if that’s where most of the noise is coming from, but this machine is very noisy. The spin speed is very wobbly. We run a rescue so we have a lot of reusable potty pads and blankets that go into this Which I’m sure also makes it uneven, but that was another reason we wanted this unit. I purchased this at the beginning of July and now we’re having to exchange it at the end of July. I have not been able to connect it to the app. It errors it out every single time sits and goes and goes and goes and then doesn’t Actually connect to the app. It also says it has an update every single time the updates didn’t take long so that wasn’t bad but I don’t know if that’s because it previously did the update so far we have not been able to use the Smart features because it won’t connect to the app. If you are wanting to take clothes out because you have to leave quickly to say go to work, you have to wait until it cools itself down in order for the door to open, which is a disadvantage. There is never been a time that I’ve opened the door of dryer and thought this is too hot for me to touch. So maybe this safety feature isn’t for me The positives it looks fancy it sounds like it would be fancy if you could use it that way, but I don’t know that it’s any shorter of a time than a normal washer and dryer. It’s one unit so it’s less space taken up other than it’s depths is bigger than a normal washer and dryer

This machine is a beauty! It works well, only thing I’d that you have to at times dry cloths a bit longer, overall solid washer dryer combo. The technology provided with this machine is unreal. So far I’m very pleased.

Love it so far. I choose this Samsung - 5.3 cu. ft. Bespoke AI Vented Smart All-In-One Washer/Electric Dryer Combo with AI Home - Brushed Black due to limited space for two separate unit washer and dryer. Done a feed loads and love how quiet it is and my clothes are clean and fresh! Only down side is I am not sure where or how to add my drying sheets. Great purchase so far. Had it only 4 days now.

First of all, they are Beautiful.. my only little downside. Is there a little bit bigger than normal. And I don’t have a very big washroom, but besides that truly amazing. Really helps out moms. Because now I can have the children do the chores, and I don’t have to worry that the clothes will stink if they don’t take it out.

I try to wait to order new electronics ,but with moving and leaving my old washer and dryer at my rental house, I went for it! So far I have not been disappointed!! It's amazing that you can start it and come back to washed and dried clothes. I have even just used it for washing or drying and it works great. HIGHLY recommend as it has even saved a ton a space in my laundry room.

super quiet and convenient. Didn’t need the pedastal for it and some recommend to avoid it as it may cause vibration and noise. Honestly a space saver and enjoy the features on the machine. It’s quick and simple to use.

The product itself is great. Nothing beats putting in a load to wash and taking it out of the washer already fluffy and dry. The representatives at best buy are always so helpful and having the option to finance makes a huge difference for my family and I

1 month use and it cleans and dries perfectly. This tech is spot on and delivers what it advertises. Very impressive. Make sure you check the weight of this machine, you won’t want to ever move it.

I love the all in one. It cleans up my tiny laundry room so much more room now. People say it takes a long time to dry but it does not. The capacity is double of my previous washer and dryer and does everything in 3 hours. Which if i was using the old one would take me 4 hours for two loads.

Its nice to wash and dry at once. A SPACE SAVER for sure!!!!! The only thing that I wish I could do is remove the "cool down" mode because it lets the clothes wrinkle while it cools the the door unlocks

This is a game changer!!! I was skeptical at first of this would actually do as well as an individual washer and individual dryer would but after reading and watching reviews, I decided to try it for myself and WOW was I surprised. This actually does a better job than my previous Samsung washer and dryer (separate units). And the clothes are COMPLETELY dried each time!!!! Highly recommend this unit!!!! FYI: I purchased the vented model not the ventless so can only tell u the performance of the vented unit.

For a family of six adults, this washer dryer combo handles the work load effortlessly. It is much more efficient than the standalone washer and dryer we had. No more rewashing if you forget a load in the washing machine. Laundry days just got a lot easier.

The combo washer/dryer is very nice. However, the process of getting it functional in our home was not. The first time it was delivered, the delivery person advised us not to accept it because it was in poor condition. When the second unit arrived, the installation was faulty the unit leaked and vibrated terribly. The next day, a Geek Squad repair team addressed the issues. They discovered a metal part that somehow ended up in the unit. They removed it, dealt with the leak and used a level to properly see that the unit was level- it was not. Now the unit is fine. I have called BestBuy support on multiple occasions to see about a resolution. The last time I called the BestBuy line, the agent stated that he would address the issues, put me on hold and the call was disconnected-the agent never called me back! What a cluster!

Works great when the filter is not clogged. Seems any little type of debris or even small undergarments slip through to the filter every now and then.

First, I want to say that we couldn't be happier with Best Buy's delivery service of our Samsung 5.3 cu ft Bespoke AI Vented Laundry Combo unit. They were prompt and delivered item undamaged. So far, we are very pleased with the unit and washing/drying capability. Time will tell if the product remains to be worth the $$$ tag, but am very exited to have the extra space for our bath remodel that swapped out a shower stall with a full size tub to meet the needs of a full second bath for a growing household full of girls with two dogs.

The unit itself is awesome! I truly love it and can’t see how I’ve done without it for so long!! The features, just everything about it is great. You can choose wash or dry only and it works so well. My clothes seem the cleanest they’ve ever been, even the ones I’ve had for a while. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because it as dented in the back. They called me from the warehouse stating I’d get a $250 credit for the damage. Also was told this upon delivery. However, when I called to receive the credit, I was only offered a $150 gift card. A company’s word is their bond and for that, Best Buy failed miserably. I will not make another large purchase from Best Buy again for this reason and will tell anyone I know about their shoddy business practices. Shame on you for that!

very convenient and easy to use. The phone app I have not been able to get to work but the unit itself works great.
