Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the convenience of having a machine that I just need to take the clothes and put away, however it doesn’t dry well, the clothes came out of the dryer all wrinkled that I need to put it to dry more than once and even though it doesn’t work well. I wouldn’t buy it again.

Please refer to your user manual for the troubleshooting steps if the clothes have wrinkles and the laundry is not dry. Turn to pages 92 to 93, " Items still wrinkled after Wrinkle Prevent (Wrinkle Away, Wrinkle Release) and Items are not dried, and Items are not dried evenly."

It is recommended to clean the lint filter after each use of the dry cycle. Failing to clean the lint filter can reduce drying performance and prolong drying time.

TECH ARRIVES AND FIRST THING WANTS 50 FOR POWER CORD. WHY DO THEY NOT TELL YOU THIS AT THE STORE. 2ND 30 MINS AFTER INSTALL WATER LEAK, THATS BECAUSE THE TECH DID NOT INSTALL THE PIPES PROPERLY, THEN CUSTOMER SERVICE I SPOKE WITH THOUGHT IT WAS FUNNY AND THEN SAID EARLIEST WILL BE 3 DAYS OUT. AFTER CALLING THE CEO AND PRESIDENT I WAS ABLE TO GET RESOLUTION. BTW DONT BOTHER EMAILING OR CALLING THE CEO BARRY, SHE HIDES BEHIND HER TEAM AND LACK COURAGE AND COMMON DECENCY TO EVEN REPSOND TO THE EAMIL. ATELAST THE PRESIDENT RESPONDED.

Poor installation experience!

He said the machine was too heavy and he couldn't turn it where I wanted it. He tightened the hose way too tight and cracked it. He walked away and went to his truck leaving the other service guy to move the machine alone. No one helped me program the machine! I need someone to come fix my cracked hose!
