This is a game changer!!! I was skeptical at first of this would actually do as well as an individual washer and individual dryer would but after reading and watching reviews, I decided to try it for myself and WOW was I surprised. This actually does a better job than my previous Samsung washer and dryer (separate units). And the clothes are COMPLETELY dried each time!!!! Highly recommend this unit!!!! FYI: I purchased the vented model not the ventless so can only tell u the performance of the vented unit.

For a family of six adults, this washer dryer combo handles the work load effortlessly. It is much more efficient than the standalone washer and dryer we had. No more rewashing if you forget a load in the washing machine. Laundry days just got a lot easier.

1 month use and it cleans and dries perfectly. This tech is spot on and delivers what it advertises. Very impressive. Make sure you check the weight of this machine, you won’t want to ever move it.

The combo washer/dryer is very nice. However, the process of getting it functional in our home was not. The first time it was delivered, the delivery person advised us not to accept it because it was in poor condition. When the second unit arrived, the installation was faulty the unit leaked and vibrated terribly. The next day, a Geek Squad repair team addressed the issues. They discovered a metal part that somehow ended up in the unit. They removed it, dealt with the leak and used a level to properly see that the unit was level- it was not. Now the unit is fine. I have called BestBuy support on multiple occasions to see about a resolution. The last time I called the BestBuy line, the agent stated that he would address the issues, put me on hold and the call was disconnected-the agent never called me back! What a cluster!

No more switching laundry over! Great product and works great. Vented dries just as well as a normal dryer.

First, I want to say that we couldn't be happier with Best Buy's delivery service of our Samsung 5.3 cu ft Bespoke AI Vented Laundry Combo unit. They were prompt and delivered item undamaged. So far, we are very pleased with the unit and washing/drying capability. Time will tell if the product remains to be worth the $$$ tag, but am very exited to have the extra space for our bath remodel that swapped out a shower stall with a full size tub to meet the needs of a full second bath for a growing household full of girls with two dogs.

I bought it and here’s why I ended up returning this machine. It does have a new vent that helps with the drying process (before clothes used to come out damp) but be ready to have dry clothes full of wrinkles. You have to run one extra hour of stem cycle to get rid of •some• wrinkles in your clothes. No, not for me as I don’t like to iron my regular T shirts. Returned it and got two of the traditional washer and dryer, so much happy now

It took a while to get this product. I had it delivered and the first one didnt work. It kept giving me a leaking error. So I couldnt wash clothes. So I had to get another one delivered. It took over 2 weeks to get a new working machine. After the first one that was delivered and later discovered to be broken, I had to schedule a swap. The swap they brought was a damaged one. So I needed another reservation, they forgot to put it on the truck. So I had to wait AGAIN. So like I said it took over two weeks for me to get a working machine. But now that I have it, its ok.

It is convenient to have not the washer and dryer together. BUT. Not everything goes through the dryer, so I have to pull everything out to get at those. Things need to be shaken out so they aren't winkled, so I have to pull everything out to do that. I have to add dryer sheets. All this need to be done on the washer's time instead of my time.

Great design with vented option, quick and quiet working design. Not your regular washer and dryer. No burden for dryer transfer

It's working awesome. Its drying sensors are amazing.

We were somewhat reluctant to move from two traditional units to one but we sre very pleased we did. Being able to put a load in and have it washed and dried fits out lifestsyle well. Ultimatly we get the same amount of laundry done with less effort because we dont have to be present after the wash cycle to transfer clothes to the dryer.

Very convenient to have all built in one. Main issue with unit is that the drier doesn’t do very well. Whenever there are jeans or towels in a load you always have to run it longer. Does fine on everything else.

This thing is awesome. It was easy to setup and now I don't have to remember to move clothes to the dryer and end up having to rewash them if I forget. It also washes better than my old machine. Interesting side benefit: A notification shows up on my TV when my laundry is done.

I did plenty of research and i decided to go with the vented option because the reviews were tough on the ventless. I’m very happy with my decision! This is an amazing machine ! It’s taken sometime to adjust my lifestyle of the simplicity of washing and drying one load . Zero regrets! But I do miss my dryer sheets!

4.5 We love it!! The only thing we would change is the side the door opens. Due to the size we have to put it on an angle so the door doesn’t get in the way when it’s opened. And it could have better wrinkle prevention options. Everything else is perfect
