I was worried that some clothes would be damp after reading some reviews but have not had an issue as long as I don't overfilled. Really, any dryer that is overfilled risks getting a little more time to dry. I love it because I can drop my son’s sports clothes in the machine and start it after a gale and it's fresh and ready for the game tomorrow

It washes fine but it doesn’t always dry all the way. I have to do a timed dry often. I don’t like how you can’t change the spin speed. It errors out on high spin. The installers had to put the unit on furniture movers to slide it in the space (carpet to wood) do maybe the cushin from the pads is interfering but i cant remove them.

We have shared the manual link below, which includes steps to help you. For clothes that are not drying well, please refer to page 93 under "Items are not dried". To identify the error code showing when you're using high spin, refer to pages 95-96 under "Information codes", and lastly, the spin speed can be modified depending on the wash cycle you select; for details, refer to page 61.
